Poor quality
I bought Delsy luggage in October 2022. I bought this particular brand due to its reputation of being good quality. Unfortunately, during the first leg of my travel, the zipper on the front pocket broke, and it became unusable. I expect better quality for the price I paid for this luggage. I’ve never had this issue with any luggage, much cheaper than Delsey in the past. Unfortunately, the window to return the product had already passed while I was still traveling. One thing for sure, I will not be buying Delsey luggage again, and definitely not from Amazon.

The 20" is great but the 27" needs more wheel spacing.
Its hard to drag the 27" when full. It has a mind of its own.
