Quality steel bumper
This is a very nice quality steel bumper. Most aftermarket bumpers are much shorter, but this one is full length and wraps around the sides like the factory bumper. Weighs about 50 pounds. Just remove your old rear bumper, remove the factory tow hook, and install. Two big brackets and 4 bolts - it's very simple.Comes with two lights pre-installed on the bumper. Came with zip ties for the wiring but no actual wires to hook them up. I don't know if it was supposed to be included but not a big deal - wire is cheap. They look nice regardless. Also comes with two D-ring tow shackles.I pulled out my micrometer and measured the thickness (1/8" thick). This is the standard thickness for most aftermarket heavy duty steel bumpers. There are "extra heavy duty" bumpers you can buy with thicker steel for protection when rock crawling, but they're also a lot heavier. It may not seem like a lot of weight, but the more weight added to the front and rear of your Jeep can change how it performs. If you're buying a full length bumper then you're probably not going to be rock crawling anyways. This bumper is a great option if you're just wanting extra protection for driving and occasional off-roading.

Great value - super happy
The media could not be loaded. This bumper is a great value for the money. It came well packaged and was fairly easy to install. The license plate relocation bracket and license plate lights work well. I connected the spot lights to my reverse lights and those work really well. Note that the bumper will not allow for much more than a 33" tire without a spare tire carrier relocation bracket (not a concern for me). Overall looks great, can't be happier with the purchase.

Good value for the money
Easy fit, good value steel bumper for the price of a plastic one.Only mounts to the frame ends. Not the middle hitch section or sides. But it's way more sturdy than the stock plastic bumper.Plus it comes with rear leds, D rings and a license plate mount.Good for integrating with the factory hitch. If you are replacing the factory plastic you will lose the tow hook as the steel bumper won't allow the factory hook back on due to the Clamber bumper using the bottom frame rail mounts. No problem as you have 2 tow holes..Also it looks like 37's would fit fine with factory xtreme recon rear.Downsides...Only 2 mount points. Leading to some flex at the ends when coming off rocks.Short wiring ends for rear reverse leds and license leds. Also license leds are too long and hit the body. So you can really only use one on the outside end of the plate. But these minor issues are acceptable at the price.A wiring harness would be nice, as would some more mount points.Updated post a few months of trail running: Make sure you use lock washers on all frame mounts as the bumper flexes and can slip in the bolt holes. Also mine has already cracked along one seam and has a visible dent. So its not all roses. The bumper is pretty light steel. Yes, its better than the factory plastic and yes, it comes with some good accessories, but its cheap for a reason. If you like bashing bumpers on rocks then this is likely not the bumper for you.

Great replacement bumper cover
Can't ask for more. Way more sturdy than the OEM bumper ever was, has a great finish and overall design. Installs by having two metal braces with threaded holes drilled into them and fit inside the frame tubing where four bolts are driven through from the outside. It does not go into the same bolts as the OEM bumper. I had a hook that I had to abandon because the bumper used the same open slots on the side of the frame.

Looks great! But shackle color?
Seems solid and fit my JK perfect. Time will tell on durability, but initial thoughts are all good. Wish the shackles were not red which clashes with my burnt orange paint. Had to purchase silver ones to replace the red ones.

Quality for the money.
Installed yesterday on 2023 Rubicon. Item was packaged well and easy to install with supplied hardware. License plate holder is nice, and sturdy but opted not to use the supplied LEDs for it due to wiring. Going with a plug-in mount from Quadratec. The only Issue was I had to grind the double nut plate a little to fit inside the frame of Jeep. Bumper looks good and the wife is happy.

Great bumper but missing pieces.
Great looking bumper but I was unfortunately missing one of the Red D rings and both of the LED fog lights.

Not too bad at all..
2022 JL Rubicon. The hard part was installing the factory halogen fog lights. In the instructions, there are 3 types of installs for the lights, JK, JT, and JL.. they are Sport models. It even says Sport specifically in the instructions. One shows the optional steel bumper in the JK.In Jeep's wisdom, the JL Rubicon factory fog light housing is not the same as Sport. This is why I'm at 4 stars. The instructions need to be updated.Anyhow, they will fit. I didn't use the enclosed brackets. I ended up bolting them down in two spots but on only one side. They are pretty sturdy though. They aren't going anywhere. They may have been a better way..As for the bumper mount, put all four bolt/nut combos in place. I had a helper hold the bumper in place while I loosely tightened one bolt on each side. Then I was able to wiggle things around for proper alignment. It probably took 10 to 15 minutes for the actual mounting. I think part of it was luck and the other part was keeping a cool head, because things would slide out of place. For my first time DIY Jeepers, it's not hard. It's 8 bolts.I only have a ratchet. Power tools would have made it a little easier to take apart the factory plastic Rubicon bumper to remove the fog lights.Feels really sturdy. Winch coming soon. I'll do a pull test as well. Not any good if it doesn't hold up.
