Excellent product. No harmful chemicals. Highly recommend, purchase directly from the Save Trees because it’s cheaper. You pay for shipping but your savings is worth it.

Not bad for Bamboo. It's not as thick as my Kirkland, but its thick enough for the tradeoff of chemicals vs no chemicals. It also absorbs pretty well. Again its not super thick but not skimpy either.

The paper towels are as described, I can’t complain, but they are not what I was hoping for, just my personal preference. I’m searching for a recycled paper or other alternative product in order to reduce my household’s environmental impact. I’ve tried Kroger Simple Truth and Seventh Generation recycled paper towels and they are disappointing in performance and feel compared to conventional, virgin-paper paper towels. So I ordered Cloud in hopes that I would find a more suitable alternative. Sadly, they are even less appealing than the recycled paper choices I have tried. It’s nothing against the product, they are as advertised, it’s just not a product I can use long term. I end up using double or triple the amount of sheets I would use with conventional paper towels, which feels like I am defeating the purpose.

These paper towels are good quality and work well. They are a different texture (less soft) than more traditional bleached paper towels, but I prefer this healthier and eco friendly alternative.

Our favorite paper towels, we will never go back to regular, store-bought paper towels. The texture is not too rough, not too soft. We go through an order in about 2 months as a family of 5. We use the paper towels to clean up the counters after cooking/baking, to dry our hands after washing them, the dry off fruit. The paper towels really are durable and multi-purpose when it comes to cleaning! Great value for our money, and healthier.

We purchased a 6-pack and were impressed by the quality and thickness for a eco friendly paper towel. We needed to purchase more so I got a 12-pack and the quality is horrible! These are much thinner, rip easily to the point they won't rip along the line. I'm extremely disappointed with the difference in quality just a few months later.

The all around perfect paper towel. It leaves less fibrous dust than other leading paper towels and it happens to be ORGANIC and sustainable paper!? Wonderful. I am someone who prefers quality, so it was an exciting moment when I found this company as all their products are superior quality.

I recently purchased Cloud Paper Towels, and while I appreciate their commitment to sustainability, I found the use of "unbleached" in their title and description to be misleading.When I see the term "unbleached," I expect the paper towels to have a more natural brown color, which typically indicates a more eco-friendly product. However, these towels are quite white, which makes me wonder if they have undergone some form of bleaching or heavy processing to achieve this appearance.To add to the confusion, the product images show unbleached, brownish rolls for comparison, which led me to believe that the product I was purchasing would look similar. Unfortunately, that was not the case.The performance of the towels is decent—they’re absorbent and durable enough for most household tasks. But the lack of transparency about the product's processing is concerning. If you’re looking for genuinely unbleached, natural-colored paper towels, these might not meet your expectations.I think Cloud Paper needs to either update their product description or clarify their process to avoid misleading eco-conscious consumers. While they’re good paper towels overall, the branding could use some honesty.
