PROS:Very easy to use. Absorbs into (my) hair quickly and easily. Also rinsed out easily and completely. I have long hair, so I had to use a lot. I imagine I still have at least another 3 applications in the bottle. Covered my gray beautifully. To top it off, I ADORE the color. I left it on for about 30-35 min.No dripping - no shower capMy hair was a tangled mess afterwards, but my regular conditioner fixed it.CONS:When you pump the product into your hand, it is unmixed - meaning - you have to rub your palms together to mix it. I found that this sent a tiny spray of product around my sink (where I was holding my hands).While it was easy to clean up, it was irritating that I either had to stop what I was doing, or run the risk of letting it stain.The bottle .. idk. Oozed? It was just a little. It seemed to be coming from the top pump section, but sliding down the interior chambers of the bottle? It pooled under the bottle and I didn’t even see it until I lifted the bottle to put away. I had to run bottle under water to resolve. Again minor, but still annoying lol.

This product did not work as intended. This was my second purchase and the packaging looks different than the first and the smell is too pungent. The color was too dark and it stained my skin on my face and neck. Will not be buying again.

if you apply it carefully it looks good, but the issue is it doesn’t seem to last as long as regular dye, even box dye. i initially got this hoping it would cover my roots without having to do a meticulous application like i do with my box dye (and without needing help reaching the back of my head)- however, unless you have virtually invisible greys- you actually DO need to apply it meticulously if you want full coverage, and then it doesn’t even last that long… it seems to wash out after a week and change. all things considered box dye is still better than this for me, it lasts longer and even if it’s a pain in the ass to apply, at least i don’t have to think about it for a month+ (unlike this one that washes out so fast)

Works as described but was far more reddish than brown. It will lighten dark hair so beware. Label picture on product is no where near the result you get after using the product. Had to use box hair dye to cover up the mess hair was after using this.

Product is a life changing experience so easy to use and so effective definitely buying again.

Unfortunately, the color rinses right out. So this defeated the purpose of dying one's hair. I had the dye on for 30 minutes had hair in shower cap and even applied heat to it for 20 minutes. Some of it should have stayed but no it all washed out in the rinse water. I even rinsed in just cold water. It was as if I never dyed it. I threw it out. Huge disappointment.
