Buen producto

Fantastic Mount for my touch screen.
This thing is super sturdy and works perfect for my touch screen monitor. It moves when I want it to but doesn't move when I want to stay put. It has every adjustment you need.

Wall mount nearly perfect - Needs better mounting hardware!
This is for the dual monitor wall mount. I have a 27" and 24" monitor, and I have been using the mount for around 2 months now. After some trial and error I enjoy my desk space much more! Since this review is lengthy I included a TL;DR. I thought a comprehensive review would be helpful to anyone wanting the wall mount, since there is not really a lot of detailed reviews for this particular model. Hopefully this helps someone!******************************************************************TL;DR******************************************************************This mount is awesome! Just be sure to buy proper mounting anchors (I used 1/4" toggle bolts) for your application and you will not be disappointed. Don't use cables that are larger in diameter than what your monitor came with. If you lose the adjustment tool you can use a #2 screwdriver and a 5mm hex key instead. It might be easier to use a standard screwdriver anyway.******************************************************************Pros******************************************************************0) Solid construction - the only plastic is the underneath of the arms for the cable management guides. The rest of the system is very sturdy metal.1) Gives me back all my desk space - This makes it much easier to clean my desk when I need to. Since this is where I live outside of school, I find myself cleaning my desk almost daily between eraser "shavings" and finger smudges. I also have much more space to work with when I have a book open and working on homework.2) No more monitor shake when I bump the desk or go heavy with the erasing! Unless you have an executive solid wood desk that weighs in at several hundred pounds you probably know what I'm talking about. My desk is not light by all means (L-desk with glass tops and metal frame), but the shake is phenomenal when I erase things.3) Adjustable hydraulic strength - This allows you to lessen the force needed to lower lighter monitors, and prevents them from springing back up and out of position. On the other hand you can increase the force needed to move heavier monitors, which keeps the hydraulic arm from sagging out of position.4) Adjustable strength monitor rotating joint - Allows you to make it easier to rotate lighter monitors, or tighten the joint to hold heavier monitors in place (otherwise they rotate down).5) Cable management - No more anxiety inducing messes of cables! All cables are routed to the base of the mount. Note that the white cable guides on the wall are not part of this kit. I purchased that separately.6) Easy to install - Only requires drilling 3 holes, and studs are not needed with proper anchors. (Read the cons section for more details).******************************************************************Cons******************************************************************0) Mounting hardware - This is where I knock off the majority of the 1 star. The anchors included are designed for mortar/concrete. As such, it does not work with drywall very well. I initially used what it came with, but noticed that the mount was sagging after some time (it was never very solid against the wall to begin with). I ran out to the local hardware store and got some toggle bolts (you can find them in the "hollow wall mount" section where you would find screws and all that), and in minutes I had the system remounted the proper way. Really any hollow wall mount should work, but the toggle bolts are easy to remove, cheap, and have one of the highest rated load capabilities. I would highly recommend replacing the wall anchors with the proper type, or just going for a stud if you can. If you replace the anchors, they will likely come with bolts - use the bolts that come with the new anchors, but use the washers included with the mount.1) Monitor positioning - This isn't a big deal, and is expected, so no stars lost on this part. At the price point I am not expecting telescoping arms or any other fanciness that would allow the mount to be placed without horizontal consideration. It is worth mentioning, however, that the mount needs to be placed very specifically, otherwise your monitors will have a horizontal offset that can only be compensated for by moving them vertically, or closer to you.2) Cable management tracks could be a little roomier - A small part of a star is lost here. They work well enough for 2 standard diameter cables (typically power and HDMI/DP), but if your monitor has a USB pass-through cable you will have a small skirmish to get it to fit. If you use after market cables with thicker diameters (longer cables typically) you will have a battle. I initially tried 15' cables: a 14 gauge power cable and a pretty thick DP cable. I got them to fit, but the cables were very stiff and kept popping out of the monitor if I moved it, resulting in my desktop resizing and rearranging each time. I just barely managed (due to cable length) with 10' cables that are thankfully standard diameter, so now I don't have this problem.3) No storage for the adjustment tool - the small remainder of the star lost here. Although it's just a standard #2 Phillips screwdriver and 5mm hex key combo that I could replace with tools I already have, it would be an inconvenience to replace this tool if I didn't already have alternatives. Typically once you make the adjustments you won't need to use the tool again unless you change monitors, so not such a big deal, but it would be nice if there was a storage option somewhere on the mount for this little guy. Most people will probably toss this into a box of other random tools they got from so many other furniture items, and end up forgetting what is was intended for and maybe not know what tools can be used to replace it if it's lost. As you can see in the pictures I used a Velcro strap to attach it to one of the arms.******************************************************************Summary******************************************************************As I said above, this mount is great. While there are minor issues with the system, none of them are deal breaking or really detract from the experience. I would solidly recommend this to anyone, but don't forget to replace the included concrete anchors with proper drywall anchors!

Great Value
I'm extremely pleased with this monitor arm. Managing the cables into the arm was a pain, but once it's set up and you adjust it to your monitor I have nothing but good things to say. I've recommended this brand to a few friends

Great mount and easy installation.
It has taken me awhile to get this put up but it was very easy to mount. It works great also. I have set up a gaming corner in my loft and this was perfect for my high refresh rate monitor.

Ridiculously overpriced. NOT for AIO computers within weight specs. UPDATE!
This thing cant handle 22" AIO computer with vesa mount that weighs way less than limit of this arm.Think its barely 16 pounds, thought it'll be cool with plenty of reserve since the capacity on this is 20lbs.I had to tighten up the tensioner screw all the way in to a point that I believe it was starting to lose on thread. So so the computer holds up vertical position I adjust it to, and now, with its wobbliness, every time I need to maneuver it I'm being extra cautious which isnt something I should worry about.Bought VIVO brand one in the past that was rated for same load but I guarantee you its 1:1 product, same mounting holes, same HW, same bolt-head-cover cups, same screws locations, wire covers, joints everywhere, just repackaged for a diff vendor brand.Thing is even though I purchased vevo brand one couple years prior to this, I paid 8 bucks less and seem sturdier on a 32" heavy monitor. Not happy, since its not even longer distance from the wall. Not worth the price if you can get same looks product cheaper, better look around before finalizing the purchase. I would. And now knowing how the AIO hangs by a thread, definitely look for a higher reserve weight, at least 10lbs.UPDATE:Seller contacted me with sincere apologies for the issues I'm having with the mount offering refund that I accepted. I would purchase higher load capacity wall mount from them in return, if there's one available.WALI does stand behind their Customer-Satisfaction being priority #1.I definitely keep the seller rating at full 5 Stars as I purchased their dual side clamping bookshelf speaker wall mounting bracket in the past and even though there was a minor issue with a bolt-nut lacking thread they've sent a double replacement part to me free of charge arriving in just a few days from contacting them.

Very Strong!
make sure that you bolt the mount into a stud in the wall. Do not count on Dry Wall screws to hold up two monitors!
