iI have a Samsung phone with Android so I found operating the tablet easy. I bought the keyboard and am happy that I did. It provides protection and the keyboard is faster for me. It has many more uses than I imagined. I can watch Netflix on it. I paid more for this model because I wanted more speed and itis much faster than my phone. I keep finding new things to do with it.

I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. The only problem was that some of the items included in the bundle did not match the items depicted in the pictures. Two 32 gb memory cards were sent in lien of the 64 gb card in the description.

The rating is for the bundle, not the tablet.The case is not large enough for the tablet it is bundled with despite the description of the case being:"Hard EVA Case with Zipper for Tablets, Stylus Pen with Pocket Clip "Also, the case isn't particularly hard, though it I suppose it still qualifies.The stylus is entirely unnecessary given the Galaxy Tab S3 in the bundle comes with an S Pen.The Earbuds are low quality and definitely don't compliment a tablet that advertises an audio system tuned by AKG.I'm not even sure I want to try the USB-A to USB-C converter for fear that a low quality implementation (like the rest of the kit) could damage my equipment.

The tablet works fine. I found that there is a learning curve to it. It's not the Windows operating system but it's definitely functional. I like the screen and the speed of the tablet. It tied into my network easily. The only shortcoming was the keyboard that I bought separately, it is not really functional for me and I wish I would not have spent the $70 for it. I find that the tablet works great as a information database not as a computerized keyboard.

I am a fan of Samsung Tablets do this version delivers as expected. My only complaint is that I purchased the "package" so that I would also receive the appropriate case only to get an Apple case that does not fit. Now I have been forced to purchase a separate case for this Samsung Tab and have to go find someone who wants this Pad 2 Folio case. Not cool.

I ordered this as a replacement for one that would no longer charge. I picked this model because I had the super expensive keyboard that went with it. Unfortunately, my previous tablet was Verizon connected, so when wifi was weak, the tablet would revert to using Verizon data. Consequently, I seldom had a drop or slowdown while using it. This Wifi only model has very slow connections, even sitting 15 ft in front of the server. Very frustration and should have spent the money toward a different tablet. 10 months later, I need to amend my review. After not quite 10 months, I am having difficulty charging the tablet. When I plugged it in, the unit no longer charged. I put a new Samsung power adapter and cord on, but the unit did not charge until I restarted it, then powered it off. This is the same problem I started having with the first one before the charging point died completely. The charging port is also why we had to replace two Samsung phones.

This device was amazingly fast and a joy to use until after 18 months the moisture detection started preventing me from charging. The percent charge was completely off, resulting in the device just shutting off, dead as a door-nail. I then found out I could trick it by plugging it in, restarting it, and then charging. Then that stopped working. Then I could only trickle charge from my PC usb port; that stopped too. for the last 5 months it's been nothing but frustration, and the battery is non-removable. I can't find any service centers here in Korea of all places. And to make it worse, all the device you purchase here have all kinds of government mandated bloatware that prevents you from using google earth, and taking pictures without an obnoxious shutter sound among other things.
