First, I LOVE that there was no Styrofoam packaging, it was all cardboard, which is easier to recycle and less annoying and messy. I also like that instead of including an allen wrench that you dont really need because every piece of assemble it yourself furniture ever comes with one, this one was just screws a regular Phillips could use, which means you can use an electric screwdriver and not send your arthritic hands into agony. It assembled quick and easy and looks great.

Put it in my hall closet and was a life saver to keep things organized

Read the dimensions before purchasing. This shelf is much smaller than expected. Especially for the price. Did not fit standard size cube bins. So I just sat the ones I purchased specifically for this shelf on top no big deal for what I needed it for. Easy to assemble but you will need a screwdriver and hammer. Directions are easy to follow. I left the little divider pieces out of one half of the shelf so I could store little shoes. Overall it does what I need it to do but the advertising is slightly miss leading because it had cube bins in the stock photos so I assumed those bins could fit in the cubed shaped cubbies.

It works perfectly in the space that its in. Easy to put together. I painted it and I will say it was easy to paint. Shipping was fast.

Glad I got this on a sale for our nursery. I don’t expect it to be that durable but it will be great for kid books and toys.Instructions are pictures only and a little overwhelming with all the lines, basically alternate shelves on either side from the middle and you’ll be fine and make sure your painted edges all face the same way.Quality isn’t the best as it split when screwing in and it wasn’t even in all the way, we were being careful but we flipped that part out of sight. The back is a flimsy board you nail in, wish it was another piece of particle board like the shelves to add stability. At least it has an anti tip strap but I’d get a better quality anti tip strap anyways.Upon assembly we were missing screws. Didn’t think we would need to count so many to make sure but I didn’t want to repack and return, luckily we have extra screws around the house.Pros: good for kids room, came with anti tip strap, came with screw stickers to cover, simple buildCons: could be better quality for (full) price, back flimsy board, missing screws, instructions could be better, not enough screw stickers to cover even just the outside…Overall an okay small bookshelf.

Although it's a bit smaller than I expected it still fit my need. It was a lil difficult to put together but with the help of my boyfriend lol it worked out. I'm glad I made the purchase but the instructions do need to be more simplified.

My husband just put this together for our nursery and it is so cheap and unstable. He couldn’t even put in the final screw because the shelf was uneven with the hole. So unstable that we had to flip it on its side in fear that it would fall. Keeping it for now since the baby is almost here and needed somewhere to put his toys and books. Will be getting something nicer ASAP. Way too expensive for the quality. This is worth maybe $10

The assembly process is straightforward, except for the backing, which involves very small nails, not all of which are sharp. Some nails were flat on both ends and had to be discarded as they were unusable. The limited space provided for nailing the board backing to the case, less than 3/4 inch, poses a challenge. If not aligned correctly, you may end up driving the nail into nothing or accidentally catch the case, risking wood splitting – which happened to me three times. Fortunately, the splits occurred in inconspicuous areas like corners or middle partitions, and by flipping the case, they are hardly noticeable unless specifically sought or viewed from a certain angle.

it’s so cute i love it. you can fit several books into each of the squares. and the instructions recommend working with 2 people to build it, however i did it by myself and it wasn’t easy to build but it was hard to keep things in place while i did screw stuff in. it’s a very good price for how nice it is and i can see myself ordering another one if this one gets full. it is very spacious and i think it could fit alot of books - or other items. the quality is very nice, there was no scratches or bumps when it arrived and everything was packaged nicely, however when you’re nailing try to remember to aim downwards otherwise your nail will go through the thin backboard - though this is a problem i caused myself. it comes with an information pack in several languages, just note that when it says raw side up - put all your white sides to face the ground. it also comes with a little plastic bag with all the screws you need plus an extra one, it also comes with nails for the backboard too which are not difficult to put in. and you only need 2 tools to complete the shelf - a hammer and a phillips screwdriver
