I wanted to take a moment to give this product and the seller at 5 star review. Not only is the product nice quality but the customer service was exceptional. I was a bad buyer and purchased the size my dog typically wears without measuring his neck. When it came in, it was a bit too big. For reference, my dog is a 15 lb bichon mix and I ordered a small originally. Since this is a customized product I didn’t know if it would be exchanged but reached out to the seller to ask anyways. She had no problem sending me an XS collar free of charge even though she couldn’t accept the original collar back. She was prompt in her replies and very friendly. The collar itself is nice and the personalized name plate is very cute. Buy it!

This fits my dog great (we did measure her neck to make sure to order the right size) and the style and engraving look lovely. My kids say she looks like a “professional dog” now. She has been wearing it for about 2 months and there are no signs of wear. It seems very well-constructed.

The collar is well made. It’s real leather, has good stitching and the gold plate is gorgeous. I reached out to the seller and the customer service was amazing. The seller got back to me right away about the questions I had. If you’re thinking about buying this collar, do it. It’s beautiful

I am highly satisfied with the packaging and overall quality of the dog collars I ordered. The elegant gold plated name adds a touch of sophistication, and the larger collar fits my dog pawfectly. However, I did notice the smaller collar buckles created an irregular-shaped circle on my dog, but with time the shape started to form. Overall, I love the products!

I ordered this collar for one of our recently rescued dogs that has a tendency to try and escape. The product got lost during shipping and I messaged the seller regarding it not being delivered, the seller replied immediately and offered a replacement. She remade the collar over again, customized and all, and sent it out again through a different shipping facility with no hesitation. This collar definitely is exactly what I expected, if not better. The quality is amazing and the engraved tag is perfect. A classy af collar for our little terror of a dog!We were really impressed with the quality of this collar for the price, everyone was shocked when we said how little it cost. The engraving was flawless and the leather looks super sharp. I purchased this for my boyfriend's dogs 10th birthday; it will make a lovely keepsake to remember him by after he's passed on (years and years from now hopefully!).Highly recommend!

Got it in June 2023. She wore it for 3 months August-October. Than you couldn’t read the number, and the color was chipping. And she ended up being able to easily take it off. (She could shake and it’d come undone. Luckily she cannot run). Take your money and buy a better brand. It’s not worth it for 3 months of use.

Happy with this dog collar, it has sturdy leather band and metal buckle so hopefully my pibble won’t chew it up like the last few collars ; )Personalized name plate looks good too.
