Perfect!
This fits beautifully on my M&P 2.0 (full size). Love it. One reviewer stated that this didn't fit their gun of the same size and model, but you can see in the pic they posted that they didn't install it properly...which kind of blows my mind. Haha. It took me 5 minutes to install it.

Best flashlight/laser dot combo, hands down!
I reviewed several other popular brand’s flashlights and lasers for my S&W M&P9c, but none of them had this flashlight/laser combo together and they didn’t look nearly as nice as this does when attached to your firearm. The flashlight is definitely the most important feature of this tactical flashlight/laser light in my opinion, but having a red dot laser incorporated into the same attachment is definitely a plus! It’s super easy to attach/mount to your firearm, taking less than 5 minutes, and it’s even easier to operate. It has a button on both the left and right side of the attachment that allows you to push the button with your index finger in order to turn the flashlight/laser on and off regardless if you’re right or left handed. It has three modes of operation: flashlight only, red dot laser only, or flashlight and red dot laser together. Each mode can be changed by pressing both the left and right buttons at the same time. The placement of where the button is located on the side is perfect for where your index finger normally rests when holding your firearm. Adjusting the red dot laser is relatively simple as well. You just use the included Allen wrench and turn each screw (one located on the bottom, which adjusts the vertical alignment, and the other on the side, which adjusts the horizontal alignment) clockwise/counter-clockwise. It’s always best to align your laser light while at the range so you can gauge the accuracy of it, but of course you can use any of the popular brand laser bullets to also help with accurately sighting in your laser light. I used the popular brand Boresighters while at the range to ensure best accuracy. Another convenient feature is the fact that the batteries are supplied with it, so no need to purchase any batteries just yet. I highly recommend this Streamlight for everyone looking to add either a flashlight and/or laser light attachment to their firearm. The flashlight is very bright and the red dot laser is very easy to see. This attachment doesn’t add any extra weight or different feel to my firearm in my opinion, and I love the tactical look of my firearm as well now. Another positive aspect of this attachment is that several popular gun and holster companies make standard and custom holsters for the S&W M&P9c with TLR-6 attachment. A couple popular companies that I used when purchasing a holster for my S&W MP9c with TLR-6 attachment was Dara Holsters for my kydex holster and Alien Gear Holsters for my adjustable/mountable holsters. In comparison to Streamlight’s competitors, the price is unbeatable and more than reasonable for what you get with the attachment. You can’t go wrong with this attachment, and you will definitely love the look and feel of your firearm.

perfect, a must have
Fits like a glove (S&W Shield compact), Stream-light quality works perfectly with the matching Kydex holster. Super confidence builder especially for the wife with limited firearms experience wanting a home defense weapon. In this application a reliable white light is way more important than tritium night sights.

Fits perfect and performs as described but instructions or troubleshoot suggestons.
There are no instructions. If you're used to installing pistol attachments this will be a breeze. If not, you need to look at it and take your time. It becomes intuitive to adjust the laser after a bit. Cycling between light, light/laser, and laser isn't described but easy enough to figure out.

Compact, easy to install and adjust, Allen wrench included.
Compact, easy installation and laser adjustments w/ included allen wrench, large easily reachable ambi side activation buttons, simple snap open cover for battery replacement (2 batteries included).Laser has held zero through many range trips. Laser is located 1-1/2” below the barrel’s bore axis and that can be a point of impact issue at ranges other than that of the set zero distance (parallax effect). The two angled “lines” (bore axis/laser beam) intersect only at the pre-set zero distance. The red dot will appear substantially low at nearer targets, and high at farther targets. That said, it’s a very good light system. I find it easier to operate this system (and maintain a two handed firearm grip) than manipulate a firearm with one hand, and a flashlight with the other, especially under stress.I recommend this system.

M&P Needs specified
I tried one and it wouldn't tighten on my M&P 9 MM. I called and got the factory rep. They sent me a replacement and it did exactly the same thing. It would not tighten either so it is my actual knowledge that this sight will not tighten up on an M&P. I even tried a variety of ways because I wanted it to work and couldn't get it done. I called again and tried to talk to someone but it was late at night and there was no one to talk to except a person to help with a return. I am not reordering and trying another one.

Worth every penny!
I like simplicity and I can tell ya this is about as simple as you could get!The functions work flawless you can have the light you can have the laser or you can have both at the same time. Light is bright enough to identify your target, the laser isn’t washed out buy the light. I used a laser bore sight to set the laser up. Just a couple turns to the right and quite a few turns up an bam the two lights became one👍🏻 Just have to go to the range to see how accurate it will be. And it doesn’t look too bad either. Way to go streamlight!
