This is just as good as lavender oil. My 6 year old granddaughter will ask to have it on her feet when she goes to bed at night. She goes to sleep much faster now. Great product.

I recently began using this cream on my children, who often struggle to fall asleep at a reasonable hour and frequently wake up throughout the night. Since we started using it, I've noticed a significant shift in their bedtime routine; they're now drifting off to sleep much earlier, and their slumber is deeper and more restful. I'm genuinely pleased with the results and fully intend to continue using this product. I came across various comments about the scent being a potential drawback, but I must say, we find it quite manageable and it hasn't posed any issue for us at all.

I bought this to help my daughter with sleep and growing pains. I’m not to sure if it helps with sleep but it has helped with her growing pains because she’s not waking up in the night crying anymore. The reason for 3 stars is because I find the smell awful…it kinda smells like shea butter and throw up mixed together.

My 2 year old daughter is really active and is hard for her to fall asleep. It took me over 30 min to put her to sleep, and she wake up 3 times at night. With this product is much easier for her to fall at sleep it take no more than 5 min to fall asleep. The first 4 days using this she slept deep and woke up 1 time at night. After the 5 night she slept through the night and she looks much rested in the morining. I really recommende this product, happy and well rested mom and kid.
