Digital Clock - Time, Lunch, Break, Auto Calculate, Biometric Fingerprint, No Monthly Fee

Our old paper card time clock was no longer working, so we decided to upgrade our paper card system. After searching from Amazon, I found many vendors provide time clock system requires monthly fee. I wasn’t really interested in paying fees every month. I was looking for some features can help to save time while doing payroll. I read the descriptions about the detailed functions and report, I found the kys200 is what I need.After I received the time clock, i sat down to figure out how to set up. There are detailed user manual and video tutorials on Youtube, A couple of hours later, i register two employees and test the time clock, It got some great features like set lunch deduction 30 minutes, weekly overtime after 40hours, we clock in using the card. when we try to open the report on the laptop, the usb driver seems not recognized by the computer, so i was getting stuck. I wrote email to the customer service, on the second day i received the reply with the attachment to change the usb driver format, I followed the instruction, then I get the reports with intuitive data. No more manual calculation, It is a great time saver with great functions at affordable price!!

I hate this machine. Adding employees was hard but I figured it out. The usb did work at all and I bought another one and still didn't work.I can't even return it because I kept trying hoping that I'll see data on my computer.I wasted my money.

The machine works just fine.If when you take out the reports, using their USB, you see only characters and squares it means that the USB is corrupted. We had to get another USB and it worked just find after that. Even if the reports was writing using Excel 97-2003 you should be able to open it with the current version of Excel. Hope this helps, for the makers, please make sure that your USBs you provide are not corrupted. We were about to returned it before we decided to try using a different one. If you want to use their USB you might want to reformat it, we haven't tried it but it might work.

Using this fingerprint time clock for my 18 employees logistic company. Setting up wasn’t too hard. About an hour to Entering employee names, ID, and the preference of time sheets.We purchased additional badges for my employee, cause some of their fingerprints not clear, the finger scanner will not produce high quality scan. The badges entry will be good option.Much easier to view or print the daily time sheets, so they can see their hours. Even if they forget to clock in or clock out, easy to add the punch records manually.Another good feature is that it can track the employee’s break time. They should press the button for start break when go out and press end break when return. I wrote email to the customer service if the time clock has the feature for punch in and out for lunch . they replied with YES, but the lunch time will not displayed on the pay period report, but you can view the lunch time from the Break the report. I tried this way and disabled the auto deduct lunch time function.We love this time clock with such great features.

Kys200 is a great solution for small businesses like us. No need worry about monthly fee, contract fee. We have 9 employees. After set the daily overtime after 8 hours the report will automatically calculate the overtime hours, this is really helpful compare to our previous time clock. We have finished one pay cycle, it went smoothly. The fingerprint sensor working good and the cards as well. We are happy with the time clock.

USB excel out dated not compatible with new windows

Easy to setup, the instructions maybe long but detailed steps to guide you for functions, there are videos also helpful. We use it with the cards, so we have purchased the additional cards. The functions are good, and we are happy about the product.
