Every morning, I like to start my day with a really big mug of tea. It's very difficult to find large enough mugs, but this one does the trick. At 28 oz, it holds the perfect amount of tea for me to slowly sip for 30-40 minutes without getting cold.I even brought it on the airplane with me when I visited my daughter in another state. I couldn't imagine being without it for a month.Some reviewers state that it breaks. Well, yes, it is ceramic, and if you smash it on your floor, of course it will break. I have dropped it multiple times on carpet or in the sink, and it has not broken. If you want an unbreakable mug, you should probably buy plastic or Corelle. This mug is heavy, sturdy, and well made.I have short, chubby fingers, and I can easily fit all four of my fingers into the handle when holding the mug - another problem I've run into with other mugs. Other mug companies use models with very tiny, petite fingers holding their mugs, and it is misleading.I put this mug in the dishwasher every single day, and it looks as good as the day I received it from Amazon. It washes up beautifully.I am planning on buying a set of four mugs because I love these so much. The black color is sleek and classy. 10/10.

Its large. I hate mugs you have to refill. It seems durable. I'm very happy with it. I've had it about 2 months and use pretty much every day. No problems in the dishwasher.

I really like this cup purchased a second one in black!! All of my other coffee cups were not big enough, this cup I rarely drink all of my coffee!! It gives what I wanted it to give!! Easy to clean and very sturdy!!

I love the quantity. It’s a little too tall for my coffee machine. So wider and lower would be preferred.

Let's see - this thing holds 28 ounces. There are 32 ounces in a quart. Now, that's a large cup. I like to make tea and keep it warm next to the recliner on a cup warmer. To be honest I don't think I could finish a hot cup of tea from this without it getting cold, absent the warmer. Using the warmer I don't have to get up during a movie to get a refill. It's heavy but I like it. Just another way I've found to spoil myself.

Perfect balance & pure joy knowing you won’t need a refill, or most likely not.I chose the light grey color because the inner part is the same color which makes it easy to see the fill up capacity. That’s important for a breath eyed morning when dark inner liners tend to tick you off when you inadvertently overfill them.But, to each their own. This mug is the big casino of coffee drinking good buddy. My advice? Get one. You won’t be disappointed.

This cup is extremely durable. My dad loves drinking coffee in big cups and this one has held up well. Not only can he pour boiling hot water, but he puts in the microwave to reheat as well.
