Very Solid, Quality Immediately Apparent
One of the things I love the most about working with electrical and electronic equipment is that feeling you get when you pick up a really nicely-built component and install it next to other really nicely-built components to end up with something that just absolutely annihilates the build quality of something you'd buy off the shelf where cost-cutting results in crappy QA.The switch is crisp and solid. You don't get any kind of impression that you're going to break or damage it if you treat it roughly (not that I'm suggesting you ought to). Point is, it's built properly. No loose bits, nothing feels cheap, it's a solid piece. The "ON/OFF/ON" plate is a little easy to bend... I'm not wild about that, but if you're installing it and not horsing around with it beforehand it shouldn't be an issue (once installed the plate shouldn't see any force likely to bend it.)If I need another DPDT for any application, this is the one I'm using.

Worked perfectly for my application
Put a reverse light on my Jeep that was also wired to the back up lights via a relay. This switch worked perfectly. Can turn it on as needed or it comes on automatically when in reverse. Had to look up the wiring on the web and tested it prior to installing. Switch and terminals seem sturdy enough. Got the right size crimp connectors and didn't over tighten the screws.

This was almost exactly what I needed.
This is well built, quality made. But the problem I had with mine was they could not handle the 20 amps as a constant, they are only good for a short period of time operating at 20 amps. Used at the 20 amp ratings they soon burn out. The ones used on a lighter load are still doing fine, but I had to find better replacements for the ones needing constant duty 20 amp. If you need less than the 20 amps, these will be 5 star for you, but if you nee 20 amp and over constant duty, these will not work.J W

Good general purpose switch
Great value for the money. These switches with be at least 2X's more elsewhere. Granted, they are not heavy duty, but you can't beat them for standard applications.

Don't buy.
Falsely advertised at 20 amps but stamped 15 amps on the side and it doesn't even handle that. Switch overheats and gets high resistance at a 10 amp load. This is junk.

order it today, and you'll forget your ordered it.
It's a switch, well made. no issues, does what it says. Caution.. this is LITERALLY coming directly from china..Some one will take it directly off the assembly line and mail it to you.. I ordered it, forgot I ordered it, bought one at a auto parts store, installed it in the car, when it arrived in a paper envelope wrapped in twine the label handwritten in Chinese.. it took about a month and a half to deliver as I imagine it came on one of those gas powered motorcycle engine-d square boats. and then was tied to an African swallow once it hit the states..otherwise well made switch.

Heavy Duty
Delivery was super-fast even though I didn't pay express. Impressed with seller. The switch is a very solid build and good quality. I bought the switch to operate an electric turntable that needed and forward and reverse direction, and an off position in the center. This switch did exactly what I needed. Easily installed and working fine.

Not So Well Made
The switch was not tightly assembled and does not feel sturdy. The included switch plate is made of thin aluminum, was bent, and the ON-OFF-ON labels scratched. It does work as least for now.
