Quick read. Great information. Not groundbeaking, but worth the time.

This is a great book with time tested advice for leaders on how to handle difficult conversations. BUT…the old version of this book (with the orange cover) has a better layout and is easier to read. Not sure why they redid this. Either way it’s good but the orange one is better.

All the information included in the book is also easily available on internet, nothing new worth spending the money
