The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this cue it plays great and has a very smooth hit. Would have been 5 stars but the shaft came with 2 very small divets possibly from storage. 600$ cue should have 0 damage or defects imo.

Lucasi will not honor warranty
Don't even think about this company. I tried to get a warped cue repaired under warranty, which is supposed to be lifetime, with no success. I was told that I bought it, brand new, from an unrecognized seller. NO WARRANTY....
