Feels very solid, nice little mat for your knees that it comes with, it's a nice exercise, maybe the only problem is that it feels like it targets the lower chest muscles as much as the stomach, but it is what it is. Doing 5 reps of these feels like doing 50 crunches.

Super EASY TO ASSEMBLE. You don't need instructions really. There's only 4 parts, and it's obvious how it all comes together. Just make sure you really push the handles on to the bar. There shouldn't be any extra space so you'll know when it's on right.QUALITY is also really good. If i had to nitpick I'd say that the handles could do with being slightly longer. You don't want your hands right next to the wheel when it's rolling as it'll rub against your hand if you're too close. Another inch maybe would have been fine. As it is I just space my hands a bit more, and it still works fine. STABILITY is really good, and it's ultimately why I picked this roller. You really do need the wider wheel when you're rolling out (especially if you're a newbie) so getting the extra space in wheel width is great.Now to be clear, it is EASY TO USE, but it's important you START SMALL. Don't rush into this. Using an Ab Roller is one of the hardest exercises you can do when done correctly. Take your time, go a little bit at a time, and if you feel any pain at all you need to pull back.FINAL VERDICTThis is a great Ab Roller, and I'm really happy I got it. I would have liked a bit more length in the knee pad, but what I have works fine. The added wheel width, quality of the roller itself, and included resistance bands made this buy a no-brainer.UPDATE:I had an issue where the red rubber areas on the wheel were pulling away from the center black section. The material is similar to a bike tire. I informed the merchant of the problem, and sent them a picture so they could see the problem I was having. Now to be fair, I use this thing daily, but that didn't stop them from helping me out and sending me another one. All I needed to do was send back the one I had initially purchased, which was easy enough to do.Finding a good roller is challenging as you don't want to pick up a piece of crap that could break under you, and wind up with you seriously hurt. THIS is a really good product, and the fact that the company stands behind it is enough for anyone to take the plunge.

So since we have all been locked up and I have been eating way too much to keep myself entertained, I decided to get an ab roller. First off, an ab roller requires good upper body strength and a strong core and if not done right, you can hurt your back. So please watch videos to get the correct form! Having said that, the product does get the job done! I am sore after the first use. It is smaller than expected and you have to assemble the rod for the handles yourself. Initially I didn’t do it right because it was a bit tough to push the handles all the way through which got me banging the end of the handles against the floor to get it all the way in. It’s pretty light weight and small enough to easily be stored or carried in your gym bag. The knee pad isn’t of great quality. Just after first use, my knees left dents on them. Overall it’s a good product and the make is alright.

The bar for this unit is too short. If I put either handle on, it has a snug fit. It’s not a robust fit, but it takes a couple pounds of force to remove it. However, with the wheel and both handles on, the bar isn’t long enough to meet the retention part of the second handle, so whichever handle is installed second will just fall off.I tried putting extreme force on the handles to try and get them to stay on, but the 2nd handle installed just never “catches.” The assembly process is simple, but the components just don’t work together the way they should.The handles themselves have a very cheap, plastic-y feel. The wheel seems well-made. The kneeling pad is just barely adequate at about 1/2” thick. I’m returning this roller and going with a different style.

Does the job, but it's frustrating how often the handle comes off (though not when actually rolling out on it thankfully!)
