Mindblowingly good
I recently tried out the BBQ Fireproof Gloves, and they’ve quickly become an essential part of my grilling gear. These gloves are incredibly effective at handling high heat, withstanding temperatures up to 1472°F without a hitch. I appreciate how they combine fire resistance with cut resistance, making them perfect for handling hot grills and sharp tools alike. The fit is comfortable and flexible, allowing for easy maneuverability while still providing excellent protection. The grip is firm, which helps in managing hot pots and pans safely. Plus, the quality of the material feels durable, so I’m confident they’ll last through many grilling seasons. If you’re looking for gloves that offer both heat and cut protection, I highly recommend these BBQ Fireproof Gloves. They’ve made grilling safer and more enjoyable for me.

Great glove
I would not grab a burning log, but does the job well. Works great for moving around logs in the smoker but don’t think you can hold them too long. Had will get hot. Quick move is fine.

Yup, they work.
I bought these to use with my dutch oven. So the first thing I noticed is they feel like a thick sock with a rubberized red that is raised and grippy. Once there on they are a little snug and I would say my glove size is a large. They go well past the wrist, which is nice. I felt no heat being 6 inches off of a bed of charcoal. Now these are probably not intended or recommended to, however I can say, with confidence that you can move about 6 or 7 coals before you really start feeling the heat come through to your fingertips. They weren't to expensive either. I would say they do the job and I would tell a friend to get a set of they were looking for a high temp proof glove.

Silicone grilling gloves
If you haven't invested in a pair of grilling gloves, they are sooooo helpful! These are great. They definitely protect your hands from cuts and heat. They are comfortable to wear and I've washed them in the washer. I lay them flat to dry in my dryer closet. The wrist length is just long enough to protect your wrist from heat as well. Would purchase these again. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. The gloves do work.
Gloves can help someone from getting burnt. I personally don't wear the gloves, but they are good.

Not quite fireproof
I bought these gloves in conjuction with a smoker I got, as a way to maneuver charcoal around to control my fire. The gloves worked as described the first 6 or so times, but then started to fray. They no longer provide protection from being burned after only those handful of uses. Now to be fair, I was literally picking up burning pieces of wood and charcoal, moving them around the fire and I'm not sure they were designed completely for that purpose, but I was hoping for them to last the season. They'll be fine as long as you're not handing fire itself and are just using them to keep yourself from getting burned.

Love these gloves!
These keep me safe from hot pans and also safe from knife cuts. And because they are gloves, I have MUCH more dexterity around the kitchen (like picking up and using kitchen tools) than you do with a mitt. Easy to put on and easy to take off. I wash them off with a sponge and some soapy water. They stay nice. Besides protecting my hands, they also go up my arm about 5", so burning myself on a hot pan or oven rack is no longer an issue. Highly recommend!
