Very filling and taste great
Awesome meal, my only suggestion is.Allow the meal a longer cook time and use a rolling boil. Husband exclaimed, it’s a winner for him.

Misleading
Tastes ok but the potatoes never “cooked” after I followed the instructions. I ended up pouring it all in a pot, and had to cook it on a stove for 10 additional minutes. And the cheese taste is too similar to nacho cheese. I really wanted to like this.

Good product.
Highly recommend this brand for people going camping or just want to have some on hand for emergencies. I often stay over at my workplace and I keep several of these in my truck just in case they're needed.

Beans Didn't Rehydrate
I purchased two of the four bean and vegetable soups for backpacking/camping trips, and just tried one of them today. I was a little disappointed. The package says to add 2 cups of boiling water, give everything a good mix, zip the package shut, and wait 15-18 minutes, so that's exactly what I did. After 15 minutes, most of the beans were still hard/crunchy and hadn't rehydrated. I sealed it back up and tried again every 4-5 minutes to see if the beans would rehydrate and soften up, but they never really did. The garbanzo beans were especially crunchy.Flavor was okay, but it was a little bland. Sort of tasted like chili if you forgot to add salt to it. I ended up adding some salt and a bit of hot sauce to make it more flavorful and that definitely helped. Adding some chicken and/or crushed up fritos to this would be nice.I still have one package of this left, and I'll probably eat it, but I'll plan on adding more to it to make it more flavorful and letting it sit for way longer. I wish the beans had rehydrated but unfortunately the crunchy beans kind of ruined the experience for me. Otherwise, this would have been pretty decent. It looks and smells pretty good.
