Space saver
I love how small this walker can fold up. It is a little heavier than I am used to and bigger, but it works great. The seat isn't very comfortable, but it is not so uncomfortable that I cannot use. it.

No manual or answers
This item came to me in a box marked with a different makers name(ioohug) and no manual whatso ever. It was assembled for the most part, true, but there are questions I have. Also there are no warrantee information certificates with this walker and since it is under a different makers name I don't know who to contact about it.As far as the rollator itself, the seat is wide enough from side to side but not very deep at all. Not comfortable for extended periods of sitting, as if I wanted to use it while attending an event. The brakes are hard to lock and the wheels will still slide on a wood floor even in locked position.I'll be trying it more in days to come and have contacted Wallroll with my concerns.on a positive note, the rollator is a handsome item and very lightweight. And the handles are easily adjusted for height. I'm wondering if there could be an adapted bar that would make it easier to push.

Very Sturdy, Helps Me Get Along Better!
I’ve had this a year and a few months. It’s really helped me get walking again, very helpful on my dr appointments especially when I’m alone. I’d give 5 star but just thought it’d last a little longer. It may be my fault on my part though because some months I sorta gained some weight while I wasn’t really walking. So not sure if I wore it down faster or what. But the 2 front wheels are needing to be replaced & as far as I can tell; there’s not a way to just replace the front hookups with the tires. Other than that, it’s great & reliable to use & have in my life.

Was not durable enough
While the design seems great, easy to fold and open, light and pretty comfortable, it did not last long. One of the front casters came off, and led to a minor fall and minor injury after three months. If you have this, frequently inspect the bolts holding in the casters. Make sure they are tight. You cannot tell unless you look from the bottom.

Wheel Falls Off
Purchased this walker less than a year ago. Really liked it and the way it folded up. The right wheel has come off and found the threading was stripped. I've been researching to find replacement parts for this particular model but no luck. Noticed in the reviews that others have had bad wheel. Also noticed that when I purchased mine it was $179 and now it is listed on Amazon for $80. Makes me wonder if it is because of the construction of the walker??

Extremely Pleased with my New Heavy Duty Walroll Walker
I ordered this Walroll Heavy Duty Walker on Wed 4-27 and it was shocked to have it delivered on Sat 4-30.. (Three-Day delivery..) Amazing! As for the Walker itself, we’ll it is very well constructed and well worth every penny. I’ve noticed a lot of Health Care Providers selling what I would consider junk for almost twice the price of this unit! I so appreciate that Walroll has built a very nice Walker for folks who are looking for and require a Heavy-Duty model.. Both the seat and back support are far more comfortable than I could ever hope for. The 10” wheels makes getting around SAFE and simple..The handy Storage Bag, which removes easily and also has a long clip-on strap for carrying whatever you may need or want to take with you is a nice addition. With its 400-lb capacity, I am more than impressed with the Heavy-Duty Constitution of this Walker... Keep in mind that this Walker is a touch wider (27-1/4” at rear wheels) than most of your typical units, but if that’s what you’re looking for, 👀 look 👀 no further!!!It also has a built-in cane holder, if you happen to require one..THANK YOU to both Walroll for building and selling this much needed Walker at such a reasonable price and to amazon for making it so easily available…The collapsing for transport and reassembly for use is as about as simple as one could possibly make it…(No pins to install or bolts to screw in and lose…)At 72, I feel very confident that I will get many SAFE years of dependable service with this unit…(I’m so Pleased with my purchase that I’m even giving serious thought about ordering a Back-Up Unit…)You will NOT be disappointed!!!UPDATE:Day 17; while walking out to get my Mail, the left front swivel-bolt bent, considerably.. (my driveway is a cobblestone made of 6”x12” pavers) Had I not been able to catch myself in time as I did, this incident / near-miss accidents had the potential of ending a lot differently... At 72, and my weight is at 285, I’m well below the max of 400-lbs. It appears that while they put a lot of thought into the design and manufacturer of this Rollator, someone really dropped the ball by NOT using better, high-quality hardened steel Swivel-Bolts.. Really too bad; amazon however stepped up and since I was still within my return window and gave me a full refund, with I am going to apply to a more expensive unit. While I really like several things about this particular unit, I just wanted others to be aware of the potential of having the same thing occur, so please be mindful / careful when walking or using on a brick/cobblestone style surface..One last thing I’ve discovered while using this unit..The Brake Cables should have been routed on the inside of the main frame rails instead of the outside where they are constantly getting caught on things you may have to pass within close proximity to..Just a poor choice in routing the brake cables…
