THIS IS AN UNSOLICITED REVIEW. I saw this item online and thought the picture was cool. It arrived shortly after ordering and was pretty easy to install. It is a one-person job, but a second set of hands at the end would have been helpful. About a 30 minute job to assemble and install.The light looks great. The included remote allows you a multitude of options; from dim to bright from light to cool. I currently have it on bright and wow, what a difference from what I initially had.I placed this in a bedroom where I work remotely. If I’m working too early or too late, I can adjust the light to my eyes.A great product. Highly recommend.

Easy to install and very much like 👍

I like that this light has several light color settings as well as being dimmable. The remote control is a nice feature as it sits on the nightstand by the bed for ease of use without having to get up and turn off a fixture at the wall. I have this in a guest house, and my guests all comment on how "cool" it is.I downgraded my number of stars from a 5 to a 4 as I didn't account for the instructions included. The instructions are incomplete and really don't do a good job of detailing the steps, parts included, etc. They show no images or written instructions for affixing the light fixture to the ceiling, they don't give any instructions on how to affix the power box to the light fixture. I figured everything out, but more detailed instructions would be very helpful.

If it weren't for installation troubles I would rate this fixture a five. Assembling the fixture was fairly straight forward. I did it intuitively since the "instruction sheet" was kind of useless. Attaching it to the ceiling was the real problem. First you need two people. One to attach the wires while the other person holds the awkward fixture close to the ceiling. Once the wiring is complete the next step is to screw the main box onto the provided ceiling bracket. Here is where the problem is for people with big hands and fingers. The company chose to use machine screws that are inserted through the fixture and screwed into the ceiling bracket. The screws are so close to the ceiling that it is very hard to start them. I finally replaced the machine screws with sheet metal screws that have a pointed tip. I highly recommend this change. The screws centered into the holes in the bracket and tightened up nicely. The remote works as it should and the final product is very impressive. If you can get through the installation you will enjoy this fixture.

I am very pleased with the shape and effect of the lamp. There are several colors to choose from, which would be suitable for the hall.

We have had this light for almost 16 months and it is completely broken. I would not recommend this light at all. The quality is severely lacking. Do not buy this, it is not worth it at all.
