not pro quality
Eh. As an esthetician I should've known better lol. Not pro quality but ok for the average home user. Not strong enough to make any real change but helps with product absorption when used properly

Wrinkles be gone! After several uses I see a difference already.
I am already impressed with this device. I'm 66 years old and don't want to get Botox. I use Retin A products but I'm still seeing those pesky wrinkles. I'm using this for about 20-40 minutes daily in small circular motions in areas where I have the deepest creases. I am seeing improvement, and I am amazed. I use Jellen Peptide Power Gel and have the masks but don't need them. I can't wait to see the difference in six months!

Great for acne
Both my teens are seeing dermatologists and they still have acne break throughs - my daughter gets a once per month cyst on her chin that takes so long to go away that she has no time before it's back again. My son has non-cystic acne on his forehead and side burn area and generally congested skin. The products the deem has them on help, but are not eliminating acne. Enter this little wonder device - I first saw on you tube various estheticians that swear by high frequency for lessening acne. It absolutely works, for both my kids. We started zapping active pimples and that worked very well - dramatically lessened the time that they were active. Then I started using preventatively about 4x per week and wow! I know it's this device because I went out of town for a few days and my son didn't self- treat, and the acne was back.Totally worth the $ and the treatments are fast and easy.

Well worth it
I have been spending $25 at a local spa to have my "zit zap" and it has always worked wonders. Now that I'm a mom, I don't have time to go out and get a zap whenever. This at home device is just like the one my spa uses. I've already recouped the $$ I would have spent at the spa for it. Great for those cystic/hormonal zits.

WARNING: PEOPLE ON ANTIDEPRESSANTS
WARNING: To all those on anti-depressants. this machine works wonders- however, it reacts with the chemicals in anti depressants, therefore, the following day the person feels agitated, depressed, and confused. if you do use it when on antidepressants, just have a tough mindset for the next day and just be conscious of the side effect. great item the friend I gave it to fulfills my needs by sending me before and after her pimple zaps. works wonders.

Ineffective for Cystic Acne
This product did not work for me at all. I did not use it for wrinkles / fine lines or any of the other various uses it has. This was recommended to me by an aesthetician to help reduce my cystic acne. While I had this product, I probably had around 10 blemishes pop up, and this did nothing to speed their healing or reduce redness/ inflammation. In fact, I felt like the painful zapping was making my skin MORE red. I would zap the same area multiple times a day, for a few days in a row... Nothing changed. Maybe this is better suited to traditional blemishes, not the ones deep under the skin like mine are.I can't vouch for other uses, but I can say that it does not work for cystic acne.

works with cystic acne
I've only used this product a few time since purchasing it so I haven't been able to see if it helps with wrinkles. However, it definitely works if you suffer from cystic acne. I had a cyst forming on my chin (per the usual) and I had planned on going in the today for my regular kenalog injection but I zapped the cyst using the spot treatment wand and it was gone in this morning!

Works perfectly, visible results
Good quality and works same as you see in SPAs, it is possible to adjust the intensity and can go very high, I only use medium level. I am starting to see improvements in my skin in just 1 week of using it. I am looking forward to see improvements my in hair loss, but is too early to say. The only issue I want to point out is that this device works only in 120v, and this was not specified anywhere in the product, manual or web site. If you are from Europe or any other country using 220v you will need a power converter. Appart from this, is a fantastic product that gives visible results. Customer service contacted me as soon I received it, they were very kind and open to feedback, seems you can get good service if needed.
