The brackets were heavy duty but without directions it was a pain especially with no YouTube videos on how they go on. There were videos about other ones so I had to guess how they went.

They work as they are supposed to do, but you have to guess what are you doing

Does not fit a 2005 Road King. Very disappointing. The gap I have between seat and back rest is about 7 inches when mounted. Took it off. Never again!! I researched and researched this item I thought I found right one. Guess not!

Better make sure you know how to put it together. No instructions. But once you figure it out, all hardware is included and works fine.

Seems like a good product. But does not come with instructions and there is a lot of parts. I returned it after I found out it was the wrong part, this is for a touring bag, I needed the front mounting kit for a backrest.

Just by looking at it you can see how it goes on. Then it's just the matter of putting holders it proper place. If you have a brain it isn't hard..

Yes, it is cheaper than purchasing a genuine Harley part, but it also lacks the quality of the Harley part. The bracket was returned, and I decided to go with a genuine Harley part.

All the components fit well once you play with the various configurations. The Alan head bolts stripped easily so I spent $6 at the local TSC and bought stainless hdwe. Other than the hdwe issue, bracket works great.
