Awful experience!!
I recently purchased a Milton copper tumbler from Amazon India. Within a short period of use, I noticed an unusual black discoloration and residue forming at the bottom of the tumbler (photo attached). Despite only storing plain water and following regular cleaning routines, the stains persist and raise concerns about the safety and quality of the product.Given Milton’s reputation for durable and safe kitchenware, this experience is disappointing. I kindly request that you look into this issue and advise whether:• The product is safe for continued use,• This is a manufacturing defect,• A replacement or refund can be arranged under your warranty policy.Looking forward to your swift response.

Discoloration is natural when using copper
Nice product, but it's getting discolored to black. You have to wash it every week using vinegar or Pitambari. Discoloration is natural when using copper utensils.

Not a great product!
When I ordered first I got a piece with dark patches inside. Not properly polished. Then it was very promptly repleced with a good piece!The lid of this tumbler is a disaster! You literally need two hands to close it. And when you need to open the lid you need to struggle for at least 5 minutes with both hands.In an emergency if you need water to drink by the time you remove the lid you may not be alive!Certainly NOT expected from a company of repute like Milton!
