We love this chair in our home! It has the look of a much more expensive chair in my opinion. It reclines back farther than shown in the pictures; a nice feature that we enjoy. It's good to have options of how far you want to recline. I love the heat feature, I use it every time I sit in the chair as it's been cold since we purchased. A leather chair or faux leather can be very cold, this is a nice additionto have a heated seat. It takes a while to heat up but once it does it gets warm enough to feel really soothing on my back. One thing I wish was that you could have the heat timer on longer. When you turn the heat on it defaults to I think 15 minutes, then a half hour, then an hour at the most. It would be nice if the timer would go to several hours. I end up checking it often to keep the heat going.The vibration is just okay in my opinion. I think it's more of a circulation benefit than actual massage.The seller is very responsive! We had an issue because one of the wires for the massage feature was very frayed. We had to tape it with electrical tape. I'm not sure how this will affect the life of the chair. We didn't want to return and get another chair because of the hassle of shipment. The chair already came in two pieces several days apart. Not the fault of the seller. It was not easy to put together and we just didn't want to go through it again. We also didn't want to wait for another chair to come because our mother is sick and she needed a chair to recoup in. The seller was nice of us to give us a little bit of a refund for this defect.

Very nice, comfy, and makes mobility easier

I bought this because I'm small and wanted a chair that fits my body. This one is quite small for my 6 foot tall husband, but for me, it's pretty big. The seat is deep, so my legs are somewhat outstretched at the knees. Great if I'm reclined, but if I don't want to recline, it's not so great. Also, bottom seat vibration mechanisms in the are located right under where your knees should hit, and are fairly useless. All that aside, I like it! The back vibration and heat mechs work nicely. The leather like material is soft, not hot, (unless you are using the heat finction, then it's comfortably warm) and the vibration is adequate. The pockets and cup holders are a nice feature, but the USB and C charger ports steal the show! I use the Charger for my phone, and it charges SUPER fast, which I love! For the money, you can't really beat this chair! Assembly was a breeze as well.

My boyfriend's dad had a lift chair and he wanted one like it, but I found this one with heat and massage so I got it for him. It's comfortable, works well, and was super easy to assemble. Plus plenty of pockets and 2 drink holders!

I would give it 0 stars if i could. DO NOT BUYI had it for less than 2 months and today it just stopped working it will not lift or recline at all.The massage works but who cares. I have contacted the seller but so far absolutely no response.What a total waste of money

This is the second one we bought, one for two different rooms. The chair itself is quite good and comfortable. It would be better if it lay flat, but it worked for Dad just fine. The material is good and cleans easily. Set up was a breeze. But, and this is a big but, it is a big nightmare to return. It will cost more to return as the chair was to buy, so be prepared for that. Dad passed away before he could use the second one and after several email exchanges, we are cutting our losses and trying to sell the chair ourselves.If you are not anticipating returning it, the chair is great and I recommend it. If there is a possibility that you might not need it, buyer beware.

I got this for after a movement limiting surgery I’m planning on having. It’s surprisingly nice for what I paid. Came in 2 boxes and was easy enough to put together with 2 people. Very cushy feeling. Lift action works smoothly. Heat nice touch as well. The massage function is very basic and I probably won’t use it much but, again, for the money, a nice touch. I’d for sure buy it again.
