Packaged Well, NOT Clear
I usually go to the Asian grocery to get my glass noodles but I haven't been able to go and had a bad craving for them. The ones I usually buy are hard and require 10 mins of boiling. These are already soft and they came vacuum sealed. While I don't like how short these noodles are, the texture is wayyyyy better than the brand I usually buy. They're soft and chewy like the mukbangs I have seen. Someone else in the reviews said to boil for 4 minutes and that's what I was going to do, but the noodles were not getting clear. The photos state that these noodles are supposed to be clear. I think I boiled mine for 12 mins and they started to clear, but some noodles were so overcooked they began to fall apart. Maybe I should have soaked them in warm water first. Regardless of color, I love these. They are not sold at any of the Asian groceries near me and with them being overpriced, I may not order these again unless I can't go to the store. There is no overpowering taste so it won't mess with any sauce you add.

Do not buy these
They come with nothing and they are not good. I would not recommend. Horrible taste and texture.

Chewy and delicious
These are so good, truly the thick noodles! I live in an ethnic food dessert and it's so wonderful to be able to get goods I love that arebt in the local grocery stores. They were well packed and not broke. So much lower calories than wheat noodles and takes less time to cook. They are more expensive than I would get them at the Korean stores but those aren't close so I pay for the convenience.

Tasty with wonderful texture
The flavor of these are delicious and they are a little chewy and have a great texture. They are great in whatever soup or dish you put them in.

THE BEST Noodles!!!
These noodles are fantastic! Not sure what went wrong for people leaving bad reviews, they are perfect. Very easy to cook - four to five minutes (usually this type of noodle would be in water for hours pre-cooking, not these) & all ready to go. They definitely take on the taste of your sauces, nice and chewy, perfect mouthfeel, not al dente. Prepared a great chicken chow fun with these (see photo), extremely pleased with this product. Wonderful, buy with confidence.

NOT 100% Sweet Potato Starch!
Beware! Anyone with food sensitivities or allergies will want to be aware that these noodles are NOT 100% sweet potato starch. Fortunately, I saw the sticker on the packaging, which listed the ingredients in English, eating them and suffering an allergic reaction. Unfortunately, that sticker is not in any of the photos for this product listing, otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased.Per the packaging, the ingredients are as follows:WaterTapioca starchCorn starchSweet potato starchFern root powderEdible saltEtc

nice product, expensive though
If you can source it locally where you live, this product is pretty expensive, but if you can't find it, this is worth the price I guess. product is nice and chewy, takes about 4 minutes or so of boiling to soften proerly. the package doesn't contain any instructions so you just have to know or guess but it softens up quickly and goes well in hot pot or other dishes. nice texture.
