Although, it is more expensive than some other sugars it is much sweeter than normal sugar so you use less, therefore, lasting longer, It is healthier & a pure natural fruit sugar which I would recommend! This natural sweetener is made from fruit sugars which unlike cane or beet sugars is OK for diabetics.Unlike stevia/Canderel etc it does not have that slightly odd aftertaste but does enable you to use less than the equivalent beet or cane sugar.This supplier was able to supply quickly and in an excellent sealed tub!

Much more difficult to find Fructose these days, especially made in the UK. So really disappointing that this arrived with a best before date of 22.3.25, barely a fortnight. Perhaps turnover of smallest size doesn't sell but that is no excuse to send out poorly dated stock. I would expect to use it over a couple of months or more and I think most people would expect anything like this to last for ages!

I find the lid is very difficult to open especially with having arthritis in my hands.

I use this product a lot, drinks ,cooking etc I find it very good
