Best product I have used, and I'm a veterinary technician.
Being a veterinary technician going to school to be a veterinarian, I'm very used to using harsh chemicals to rid the hospital of fleas. So when I found a flea on my own cat, I went straight to the flea bombs thinking it would rid the issue immediately like at work. To my surprise, I found myself constantly having to remove my cat from the "bombing area" only to notice my flea issue was not resolving. When a friend recommended this product, I was a little skeptical: it seemed too good to be true. All natural, essential oil based, and I didn't have to lock my cat in a room for a few days? Okay, let's try it, because clearly what I was using was not working. To my surprise, this stuff works miraculously. I sprayed the whole house with this stuff (with the windows open), and I didn't have a single flea jump on my poor ankles at all. Don't get me wrong, this stuff smells strongly of clove and mint, so be ready for it. I did not find the scent unpleasant, and neither did my cats, but it can be a bit overwhelming without air flow. What's great about this stuff is that the cats are not hurt by it, unlike other products that contain Pyrantyl (a poisonous chemical that can make your cats have seizures and eventually die). I use this stuff now once a week and generously vacuum afterwards, and I plan to keep this up for a couple months. There is one downside to this product: it only works on two flea life stage forms, live fleas and flea eggs. Therefore, if fleas are in larval stage, this won't get to them (hence why I'll be using this for a couple months- enough time for the fleas to mature out of the larval stage into full live flea stage to kill them). In conclusion, this stuff receives an A+ from me. I should also note that I live in the northeast (New Hampshire to be specific), so this product has successfully been killing feline fleas with a species specific to the northeast region. Western states may not have luck with this product, and neither would dog flea species.

Works great
This is nice to have on had when the fleas are on your cat between treatments. It works on contact and kills the fleas that jumped on. I had a dog and a cat, and the dog like to roll in the grass and well fleas will jump on her, then they come in the house and transfer to the cat. Happy to have this to get the fleas off between treatments. It is very east to use, find the flea and spray it, that easy.

Exactly what I needed.
We had a flea outbreak in our house and have been battling for longer than I’d like to admit. While the products were working for the pets (mostly) it seemed that we still were finding fleas. So I decided to treat carpets, rugs, and furniture. This product not only smells fantastic but absolutely works and does so very quickly. By the time the product dried the fleas were gone. One of my cats has sensitive skin and has had no reaction to it. I also have an autoimmune disease and can randomly react negatively to things and have had no reaction to it either. My only complaint is the spray nozzle. It leaks like nobodies business and, despite being pretty natural, it ruined the top of my antique dresser. I was initially skeptical with the peppermint but I have seen no evidence of sickness in my cats from using this product so I’d consider it a small enough amount that it’s safe to use.

Good product, terrible sprayer
Good product. Seems to work well and doesn't harm the cat or leave a residue on furniture. I use it preventively, and spray my pants when I go into the yard. Pleasant aroma..HORRIBLE QUALITY SPRAYER!!! Leaks all over the place. So many reviews say this but nothing is done about it. That's just an insult to all of the customers that spend money on this.

This Stuff Works!
We had a serious flea infestation. I haven't had fleas in years! I really worry about chemicals around my pets, so I was careful when choosing a product. When Vets Best arrived, I deep cleaned and sprayed it everywhere! Within 2 days, the fleas were gone!

"Cotton" version Nearly WORTHLESS
I've used the 'original' "Peppermint" formula of 'Flea & Tick Home Spray for Cats' for 4 years with Great Success -- as a pre-walk spray for our dog, is was TRULY effective against the fleas & ticks which squirrels & other wildlife constantly 'foster' where we walk & in our yard -- which kept our four Indoor-ONLY cats flea-free. That "Peppermint & Spice" version combines(ed?) peppermint oil & eugenol - a concentrate of clove oil - to make a product which Repelled most fleas & ticks from 'hopping-onto' our dog - and Killed the few that did.Pricey in anything but the Refill size, I'd top-up several bottles kept at every door (to spritz our dog before- & after 'nature calls' in the back yard), in the kitchen to kill fruitflies - and outdoors to kill ants. The 96-oz "Peppermint" refill wasn't available when I needed to top-up those sprayers so I ordered the "Cotton [Flower] & Spice" Cat & Home - Trusting Vet's Best that it was Equally Effective against fleas. It IS NOT.My first top-ups added the new "Cotton" ver to varying remnants of the Trustworthy "Peppermint" in those sprayers, and all SEEMED well...but Everything went down-hill after the 2nd round of refills - I'd later realize that as the % of "Cotton" ver in the bottle increased, the flea-repell/kill properties PLUMMETED; for the first time since 'discovering' Vets Best, all four cats exhibited mild- & worsening flea Infestations - so bad on one cat that he was Anemic in a 'Senior' blood test. And the fleas Kept ATTACKING even though I sprayed Vets Best (now 100% 'Cotton' ver.) on every critter bed & carpeted floor.Worst of ALL, fleas were Targeting my Wife - who reacts strongly to their bites.Comparing ads & ingredient lists on both versions, I made the connection - finding that Vets Best was actually TOUTING the ABSENCE of Peppermint oil - and listing mere 'Clove OIL' (NOT Eugenol) in their "New & WORTHLESS" version. But by then, I'd nearly emptied the jug and doubted they'd REFUND on a 'used-up' product. We had to shell-out a $$Thousand+$$ for repeated treatments of the cats with REVOLUTION - and the Little Blood-Suckers are STILL an issue. Now I can't TRUST Vets Best to NOT FUBAR their products.
