I used this for controlling our Christmas lights this year (2023). It was easy to use right out of the box. I was able to look at it and figure out how to program it and set it up. It works great. I'm not sure how long this will last as the controller feels very flimsy and seems like it might break if you drop it. However, I still recommend it for it's value and ease of use.

This item was a great purchase for the holiday season and worth every cent that I paid for it, thank goodness that the price was fantastic! This timer was so easy to use, and even easier to program. It was wonderful not having to remember to go outside and unplug all of my lights at a certain time, or not worrying about the electric bill from leaving the lights on all night long. This timer solved that problem, it enables you to program multiple items that are plugged into the unit, so that you can time them to turn on and turn off at specific times. You can also turn off the timer and just use the remote to activate your lights whenever you want. I love when I buy things that pay for themselves, the price of this item was a steal, and it is the best Christmas item that I've bought so far. The seller shipped the item very quickly, it was packaged very well, and the item was delivered in great condition. This was a fantastic buy, I'm so happy with the item. I whole heartedly recommend this item.

I am using this to remotely start a hot water circulation pump which only needs to run for a minute, so being able to start it remotely using the timer function is great. Unfortunately, it misses every now and again, and doesn't turn on. That's a shock when I step into the shower. I ordered a replacement and it failed about the third time I used it, so it wasn't a defective unit, just a bug of some kind. The remote and the power strip are less than 25 feet apart, so that doesn't seem to be the issue. Anyway, now I check the temperature before stepping into the shower, but that isn't optimal.

This is a great and easy way to control AC devices that you plug into it. Easy to pair and very good distance from the remote to the ac controller to turn on and off the device. Highly highly recommend. Oh yes great price also!!

Bought this timer and was initially very pleased with it. Overall, it did what I needed, and the timer functions were inline with what I wanted.The remote is a bit… goofy and odd, in both its size and shape. And the batteries install in such a way as to make it top heavy and awkward. But all of that can be easily ignored.The real problem came when I realized the remote transmitter interferes with my (unrelated) LED lights. These are fairly common LED controllers you can buy all over Amazon.Every time I hit the Off button, or when the timer did so on schedule, it would trigger my other LED lights on and off (sending the signal twice). The manual gives instructions on how to fix such interference, but the process is useless and does nothing substantial.Contacted support, and after a few messages of —did you power it on and off type of “suggestions”, support recommended I send it back. So, I did, and bought one of those you control with your phone, via wifi.

Used the new timer on our outdoor water fountain and it works great

I use this indoors for a fan in the bedroom. It works as advertised. The buttons and programming design are simple and easy to learn. It works well as a timer and/or a remote. The clock and light are good additional features. Overall, it's very useful and easy to use. The only improvement I could suggest is if they made both plug-ins independently controllable -- that would be awesome.

It was fine and worked as advertised until the remote suddenly stopped working. The display is still on so it's not due to lack of battery (I changed the batteries, just in case). There's no manual online, but I figured it out by looking at another timer's manual. You have to re-pair the receiver and remote by pressing down on the receiver power until it blinks. Then click any button on the remote.
