Does what they’re supposed to…
These were slightly smaller in physical size than the one that came with the unit but they fit just fine, do the job intended, and at a much better price than the OEM item.

Smaller, but fit OK
This is about 2/3 the size of the Kaz DC-51 filter which came stock with my Vicks ultrasonic humidifier, so I'm sure it needs to be replaced more often. Seems to be equivalent to the PDC51V1 cartridge. Fits just fine, though.
