This served perfect for what I needed it for. It’s sturdy, easy to assemble and the size is ideal for small office spaces.Love that there’s the lock cabinet for important information and that the open shelves can display books and such for the office look!

My first impression when the item arrived and I opened the package that had a few dents, was oh no I hope it's not damaged and I would need to send the whole thing back, because it was heavy. However after opening up the box and looking through all the pieces that were there only 2 boards were damaged. I contacted the seller, and they were very friendly and helpful in sending the two replacement pieces, after I showed a picture of the damaged items. I was really impressed with their great customer service. The instructions book was not the best as far as following the illustration. Some of them were hard to understand until I needed to look ahead and make a few corrections. But I love that it has wheels and I definitely use it. One of the wheels rolls a little funny, but it's beautiful and very sturdy for all of my cards of various occasions that I write. Thank you again.Be safe and Be well everyone!

Looks great. Easy assembly.Not required, but years ago I learned that buy putting a drop of gorilla glue on each pin and twist fastener keeps the furniture strong and tight for years to come.

I use the drawers for all my scrapbooking files of stickers and love the amount of storage. The drawers are a little tough but some WD40 should work well.

This product suffers from a lack of clear instructions. Took two of us a couple hours to decipher and complete. Additionally the drawers are difficult to open & close. It will do but wish I made a different selection

I found it easy to assemble, it's really beautiful put together, and it's very sturdy. I don't know about what others feel happened with their orders, but mine got delivered in 3 days and I found the directions very easy to read. There were no nics or damages and as much as I wish I was getting compensated for my review, I'm not! I thought with all the file cabinets out there, this was definitely worth the money, even with the shipping cost, more so than any other cabinets with drawers I looked at. The measurements were perfect and I was able to find the storage baskets, here on Amazon, without an issue, plus they fit perfect! I think it's Awesome for what I need and I love that there's a lock on one of the cabinet drawers too! This is a honest review and, if you look at my profile and other reviews I've done, I'm a no bs kind of chick. I hope this helps you out while shopping. Cheers

I bought this file cabinet but waited about 3 weeks to open the box. The first photo is of the box. It had tons of tape on it and the word Home written in a couple of places. I honestly didn't pay attention to that. When I eventually opened it, the unit inside was black and not white. Thankfully, I still had time to return it. Amazon immediately sent a replacement. The new box was in much better shape, and the packing materials weren't all broken - it taught me a lesson that if it looks bad on the outside, the inside will probably disappoint. Don't wait to inspect the product!I'm a 60-year-old woman, but strong and patient. I was able to put this together without my husband's brawn. The second photo shows the completed cabinet with a separately purchased cubical unit set on top of it. If you buy this, understand the drawers are only file cabinets - they cannot double as regular drawers. I knew beforehand I would buy a separate cubical unit with pullout boxes to go with it.The instructions show how to take the drawer track pieces apart before you start. The track pieces will be somewhat greasy/sticky. Have a rag ready to wipe those off before you take them apart so you can handle them without getting grease all over everything. Then I would recommend going to the last step of the directions and assembling the drawers first. I found that after setting the 3 screws that secure the metal track to the drawer, if I just made sure I pushed the track down toward the drawer bottom while I tightened the screws, the tracks were level. But I did check each one with a level just to be sure. Once you have the drawers assembled, go back to the first step to assemble the rest of the cabinet. Use the same leveling method to attach the outside drawer track to the cabinet pieces.After getting it put together up to the point of attaching the top of the unit, I inserted the bottom drawer to make sure it fit properly. It seemed like if I waited until the top was on and then found the drawers were crooked, I'd have to take it all apart again. The bottom drawer fit perfectly. I attached the top and then inserted the top drawer. It was great too. No adjustments needed. Whew! I wasn't expecting that but making sure the tracks were level to begin with probably helped.The file drawers can't be loaded down or hold too much weight - for that you'd need to invest in a real file cabinet. This is great for light home office use. It is heavy, so secure it to the wall.

This file cabinet is just what I was looking for! It was delivered in a large, heavy box that was very well packaged. There was some damage to the cardboard box, but because of the hard cardboard corners inside the contents were protected. I've built and assembled a lot of different things previously, so assembly for me was very easy, the instruction book included was very clear and easy for someone who has put things together before. All parts were labeled well with stickers. If you aren't experienced with assembly, you may have a more difficult time. But I did read at the end that there may be a video link to help people in that situation.
