Bunch of nice guys well first off my girlfriend picked up this auto start from my Amazon account for my birthday for me. I said it was a 2008 Jeep JK when really the out side of the Jeep is 08 but the inside under the column is actually 2007. I must have got the oddball Jeep because it's in between two years. So it's my fault I mistakenly asked for the wrong year of autostart. The guys at GTA electronics are amazing they sent me prepaid a label to return when it was my mistake and they rushed it back to me before the new year holiday Flashed and all ready to go in. When I recieved the auto start I started to wire it up and found out all other Jeeps are plug-and-play but mine because it's a 2007 has to be hardwired in and I was ready to hardwire it into my Jeep but I only wanted to plug and play. The guys at GTA electronics said if I drove all the way down to Toronto they would book an appointment for me to come down and have it installed. They said they would even find out how much the labour charge would be before hand. But I just decided to do without an autostart because I didn't want to open my coIumn anymore. GTA electronics sent me their address and I paid for the return shipping to return the autostart because I had been such a pain. I was given my full money-back. Not a bad bunch of guys to deal with If I have anything else in the future I'll be sure to pick GTA electronics. They are an amazing bunch of guys if I could give six stars I would.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. It works well, the range of the starter is the same range as you get with your current door locks, which is good when you are at home or park close to your place of work, but not so good when at a mall.About 4 hours after purchasing, I recived a phone call from the seller confirming the year, make and model of the vehicle the starter was for. That was rather unexpected, and very much appreciated. I felt confident I was getting the correct unit.The install was not too complicated, due to me watching a few videos for the install. I was confused with all the wires that come with the harness, not knowing which are to be used or not. Having a wire diagram in the box would have been helpful. It comes with a card which directs you to a website, which requires you to submit a profile, which did not work for me (I am still waiting for a confirmation email, 2.5 weeks later). I did find a video (on youtube from a different seller) that explained the extra wires and which ones were required. After that, the install was rather easy.My wife is happy with the starter.

Ordered from GTA Electronics, they reached out to me right away to confirm the make/model of my vehicle. Then they programed the unit for me. I got it within a few days, and installation was a breeze. Works just as it should. I just wish I could disable to horn on lock, but my trim model of 2014 Grand Caravan won't allow this. Thats not on Fortin, or the seller though. I really can't believe I've lived my whole life without a remote start unit. Don't do that to yourself, you deserve to be warm and comfortable when you get in your car!

Bought this from GTA electronics. It was fully programmed and ready to install. Took about 25 mins and now my dodge journey is warm and ready for me in the morning. I work construction out of town so I'm up very early and this really helps make my mornings not so rough. Thank you GTA electronics!

Worked perfectly for my 2014 Dodge grand caravan i cut and sealed what wires weren't necessary added a 1.5 k 1.5W resistor to the wire that runs to the running lights so they'd work then using a t-tap connector and insulated male connector to connect to the vehicles running lights wire. I also used the provided cable ties to secure it and it works perfectly with my oem remote! It also helps if you have the seller pre flash it for you to your needs for your vehicle which mine did @ directly2you thanks to them for also pre wiring the ignition power wire and separating and identifying the running lights wire for me also. Watching a couple YouTube videos doesn't hurt either.
