As a vegan, I need a supplement for vitamin B12. I have no issues with this product. When I've taken other Vitamin B products in the past, I've had side effects. But I don't get them with these pills.

My levels were at 195 unil i began supplementing on two of these 1mg a day. Levels went up to 880! So happy to know i can trust thess pills. Will be going down to one 1mg a day

I chose this brand of vitamin B12 because they are not flavored. Also, I signed up for its automatic renewal which saves me running short. Service is good.

Tastes like a normal multivitimin, smells like one also. Size of the pill is about the average size of most other pills. Other than that, I took them as directed. Didn't notice any crazy differences tbh, just felt healthier knowing that I was supplementing like I was supposed to haha
