The Following 5 options are INCLUDED in the Stethoscope: 1. Large Diaphragm : Used in adults to detect low frequency and third Heart sounds or high pitched murmurs 2. Small Diaphragm: General for infant or pediatric patients. 3. Large Size Bell: To Pinpoint low and medium pitched sound and murmurs in adults 4. Medium Size Bell: Good for small or narrow spots to detect low and medium pitched sounds or murmurs 5. Small Size Bell: To pinpoint low and medium pitched sounds and murmurs in infants and pediatric patients. Instructions for Use The Dual Headed Stethoscope , equipped with both large and small diaphragms fitted on a revolvable twin drum, is operational in two positions 180 Degrees Apart. The drum contains a leak-free valve stem. 1. Carefully Insert binaural eartips into ears 2. Tap the diaphragm softly; this should produce sounds clearly. If you do not hear the tapping sound, rotate the head 180 degree until it clicks into place in the other operational position. 3. Tap again to be sure the instrument is correctly set for use 4. Follow the same procedure when you convert from one chestpiece to another.
