Got my shine back with this kit. Valued well, and can’t be a good quality shine after the fact.

Bought this to try on some neglected trailer wheels. Was intimidated at first because the first cut is somewhat aggressive. Follow the instructions and this works flawlessly. This kit is by far faster than using one of those foam cones and the results are better. My wheels almost look like chrome. Fantastic product.

The instructions say to install airway disks with labels in a specific orientation but mine had no labels. Also, one of the safety plates (plastic) cracked within 5 minutes of starting. It can still be used. I emailed Zephyr about it but no response. Since I’ve never used buffing wheels before there’s a bit of a learning curve trying to figure out how much pressure to use. Also, if you have tight spaces to buff consider buying additional smaller buffing pads to access those areas. Zephyr carries them but not found on Amazon.

First of all the kit is great. Made my ol dually Alcoas look great again, after I ordered some more blue bar compound. See, ol Post Office left it by my door next to my very hungry Rotty names Lola. Well, ol Lola decided to open the box and eat almost the entire blue compound bar. This things not advertised as edible, but Lola can vouch that it sure won’t kill you. I’ve been dodging blue piles of stinky poo piles for two days and Lola’s stomach ache finally went away. As far as making old aluminum look great again, it’ll do that for sure.

Just got today and havent used yet except for metal polish and it done a really good job. The buffer wheels are well made , its actually made for a hand held buffer but I bought for my bench buffer because I liked the looks of it. It has a 5/8 arbor and I tried one wheel to make sure it would fit, I had to file out the safety flange a very very little and it fit fine. Has everything in kit you could want , but if you're buying it for a bench buffer buy an extra safety flange because it only comes with one because of it being made for a hand held buffer. I really could have pushed hard and got the safety flange on but wanted to fit like it should. Supposed to be one of the best polishing kits you can get and the way the wheels are made it should do a good job and looks like they will last a while.
