Not supported by apple
This does not work with iPhones I had to buy and actual Apple adapter as this one is not supported.

works, easy to hook up
This does work, but keep in mind some websites may be restricted on what you can watch. I hoped it would work with the free NFL app, and it did during preseason, but the regular season games were blocked. (Probably if I had the paid NFL app, it would work fine, I'm just trying to watch for free.) However, it did work to watch cup races from the Nascar site, there's just no commentary. I plan to also use this to show my elderly grandmother (who doesn't have internet access) my vacation pictures and videos from my phone, and the picture quality is quite good.

Great little adapter. Simple to use. Was a little surprised that YTTV wouldn't work through it since I saw that YouTube would, but found a workaround and made it work. Super clear picture.

Worked with GameChanger
I ordered this to connect my IPhone to the TV so I could watch Game Changer on a big screen. I also bought the PowerBear HDMI cable to go from the Lightning Adaptor to the TV. The picture was clear and the audio came through with no problem. I did have to turn the phone in a horizontal position so the screen was fully utilized. Works great!

Disappointed
It was great when it worked but it didn't last very long the issue was short in the adapter piece broke to plug in the device.
