Living in Scotland, the long winter can mean it's dark for most of the day, especially at morning and night when I need to walk my dog. She likes to go through fields and streets that aren't well lit, which usually meant using the light on my phone (assuming I've got enough battery) and is a bit awkward when handling a lead.I seen a cyclist with one of these headlamps so thought I'd get one for our dog walks. After searching on Amazon, I chose this one and it's absolutely fantastic. It's so bright so I can see exactly where I'm going and feel a bit safer at night when I'm out walking my dog alone. It's also waterproof, which is essential when living in Scotland.The packaging it comes in is really small, and the headlamp itself is very flexible and fully adjustable. There's two buttons at the side, one turns it on and off, and the other adjusts the brightness. You can then choose between the big light at the front (which my husband says looks like Cyclops from the X-Men) or the smaller side light.Pleasantly surprised at how good value for money this is. Would definitely recommend.

Makes life so much easier when working on my car.Before I would struggle when working on my car, as the lighting in my garage is not the best, so had to position the car under the light. Not a problem now, this torch is the ultimate mechanic light.Being worn on the head makes it very comfortable working on the car as you have two free hands and don’t have to trying to position it every time you change angle, the light goes wherever you look at.It is super bright, even laying under the car is like I have a big light underneath.Battery life is pretty good, I did more than half a day working on my car and using it non stop before I had to charge the battery.Very happy with this item.

Maybe I got unlucky but mine only last about 30mins out of the box. Thought maybe I needed to charge it, so charged it until the led went from red to green. Used it again and it barely lasted an hour. No where near the 3hrs advertised on bright setting. Waste of money. I use this for working on cars outside in the dark and the last thing I need is for it to die on me mid job. Shame really as its a great idea, comfortable to wear and works well when it works. Please improve the battery life or advertise it as less than an hour.

Nobody needs a head torch until they really need a head torch, and this product is by far one of the best in the market right now.Sure you can go ahead and fork out on an expensive top-of-the-range head torch with every single feature under the sun. But, for the important features that you actually need (brightness, maximum burn time, multiple lighting options, weight, power source, etc.), this head torch is all you need.I have tried and tested the product this past weekend, and luckily (unluckily for me), it started to rain. I have to say the IPX4 Waterproof rating is accurate to a tee. The head torch was still working perfectly fine. Not to mention the product is hands-free, easy to use, and lasts for a long time (4 hours of high brightness without requiring a charge as of yet!).The light is also worthy of mentioning. The wide-angle lighting really does illuminate your surroundings and the variety of light modes offer some great functional utility that would be ideal not just for running, but for a whole host of lighting needs.I love the motion detection feature as it's a cool function that is usually only seen in higher-priced products, which really shows the quality of this product itself.All in all, this head torch is superb and I'm counting my lucky stars I bought it for such a good price!

I bought this for my builder husband as he misplaced his last one. The first thing he said as he opened the box was it felt sturdy. I waited until he started using it to write my review. He absolutely loves it and said it is such good quality. Definitely, a product we will recommend. What's even more convenient is that you can charge it up via USB so no more batteries. The light is nice and bright. This was a very good buy.
