Meets all expectations. It's the best one of these back rest pillows I have bought. It's the perfect height with the added pullow for adjusting due to use. It's so comfortable that I feel asleep in it the first time I used it. I like that I can sit up straight so I can write.

My husband likes to play video games sitting on the bed. He was using so many pillows, trying to prop himself up to be comfortable that I finally looked around to buy him some sort of a pillow lounge rest. He didn’t want a chair so this was the best solution. He uses it religiously. It is good quality, soft fabric. Color was as expected. No odor. Took shape nearly immediately. Has worked well for us. I’m only giving 4 stars because it aesthetically is not pleasing for me to look sitting on our bed or floor when not in use, but I would rather my hubby be happy and comfortable. The adjustable pillow does not do much. Not necessary or beneficial.

It is true to size....Love the color and pockets. I thought it maybe just a bit more firm. Love the packaging!

Overall, I love it! I'm tall so the height is perfect. The pillow could be a little more unmovable so it doesn't flop to the back often.

It just wasn’t comfortable for me. Could not get the support that I need for my neck. Top pillow very floppy and one of the button loops was fraying don’t think it will last. Will be returning.
