Shibajuku Girls Wave 2 Miki Doll

I’m an adult who has always wanted a pullip or BJD. I saw these at a local store and fell in love with them. I bought them on Amazon though, since they were cheaper online! I was impressed with how cute these dolls look in person. I especially like the glass eyes with the glitter eyeshadow. They can wear some Barbie clothes, as shown in my pictures. :)

Doll has beautiful inset eyes (that look realistic) with eyelashes, long beautiful soft unicorn coloured hair and bangs that makes her look so adorable! She also has lots of articulation and her outfit is amazing, especially that jacket with the realistic zipper. The only pet peeve I have is her shoes. They dont stay on very well. But other than that, highly recommended!

New doll!! I saw the Shibajuku dolls at Target but looking at the box I realized I wanted the one they didn't have. I checked a couple more Targets and Toy R Us and found all of them except this version of Yoko. Amazon to the rescue! I love her and it was worth the trouble. She is movable in the hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, and wrist. Her head can go side to side but not up and down. She has gorgeous hair (needed a combing) and eyelashes. The only issue I have is that there are so many plastic tabs, clips, and elastics holding her down. You will definitely need an adult to help her escape from the box. You will need a stand if you want her displayed standing upright because she is top heavy (big head, wee little feet). Overall, I am super happy to add her to my toy room.

This thing is so cute!! And much much bigger than I expected. This toy isn't Barbie size at all lol. My 2 & 6yr old will love these!!

These dolls are so pretty. This one in particular (Yoko) is the "edgy" girl in the set I would say,with a slightly punk theme to her clothing and accessories,but she's still super sweet. She is a good size as well,over a foot tall.

I think this doll Yoko, is very good quality for the money! She feels well made, her hair is nice and thick, and doesn't fall out when you brush it. It can be put in many styles with the hair accessories that come with her in the box! I love all the joints, because she can be posed in real life poses. It gives her so much personality! Last but NOT least, her eyes are stunning and catch light beautifully. Yoko is well worth the money if you're thinking about buying a jointed doll. She seems sturdy. (for an older child, not a toddler, they would break it.)

Got suki in good condition and good price but the inside of the plastic in the front of the box looked like it had been lightly sprayed with oil and hair. It was a quick clean up with a makeup remover pad and a paper towel though.

Rooting was thin on the back of her head, and the shoes are not even close to the right size for her feet. However, her eyes were well set and the zipper on the jacket actually works, so bonus points for that!
