Cant live without it

First off previous review claims his is out and not landing on zero on dial. There are 4 set screws to calibrate probe concentricity. There are 4 more that calibrate the dial to zero!!! It is pretty simple to do no need to give it 1 star because you can’t figure that out. It is insane accurate. This brand is known for precision German quality. This probe does so much if u can think of ways to use it their are tons. You can pretty much use it to lay out your work! Again that first reviewer is just mid informed. I hope by now they figured out how to adjust the dial....,

Great Tool well built and accurate - its is the rolls royce IMHO

The face of the test indicator says FH 3D Taster not Haimer. I have yet to use the indicator, but it may be dumb but I want what I buy to look like the picture with the Haimer name. When spending over $400 on something product on Amazon you would think they could take the time to put up a real photo.

The listing says this unit is in imperial units, but it is in mm.

It works great for zeroing only downfall for me is it reads in metric instead of thousands, so there isMath involved if you want to know how far off something is in inches.

I got this for my Haas CNC mill and it works great and makes it easy to find the zero.A must have in your shop

Ik heb nog nooit zo precies kunnen werken , een kantentaster is gokken vergeleken met deze Haimer, ik beveel hem aan voor elke machinist , kostbaar en onmisbaar stukje gereedschap foor een freesbank

This is a very good piece of tool for serious industrial application that I have purchased from Amazon recently. Well made and feels solid and heavy. Well worth the money I spent on it.
