Very slowly working

Overall the tool works relatively well and has some issues and considerations.Instructions:I recently purchased this product as a gift for my family. The instructions came in Chinese instead of English which is difficult because they primarily speak Korean and English. They also don't have a lot of technology and can't print the instructions I found online. As such, it was difficult for them to figure out how to set up and use the tool.Features:Most of the features work well. The audio and text scanning features are straightforward and so far useful. The image capture tool works but can be kind of buggy based on low quality camera. The text in the tool is also very small and can't be resized and made larger.One main issues is the dictionary. The dictionary only works for Chinese and English. One of the main reasons we bought the tool as a gift was to give others a way to look up certain words in Korean. This listing says, "Our dictionary scanner pen support 112 language translations" but this amount of languages isn't true for all features on the tool.Support:Lastly, I reached out for help but haven't gotten any responses from their support team.

It translates anything I say, anything it hears, anything it scans, into any language you want (except maybe Brazilian) and even says it back to me! Are you ready for that, buckeroo?
