Super pretty and so fun!
The media could not be loaded. I was a bit nervous cos a lot of the reviews claim the magnet doesn't work, but after a bit of practice I had everything working perfectly! This was my first go at anything like this and I'm obsessed! It's gorgeous! My only gripe (which is probably just to be expected with a product like this so its really not a problem) is that putting it over light or pastel colors lends to really showing off the grey/silver color of the dust, so it doesn't work well on pastels and looks dark and dirty. But on my brights it looks HEAVENLY! would definitely recommend!

Very pretty
Very pretty to put on top for some extra shimmer. You will need a stronger magnet than the one included. One coat is all you need! :)

Beautiful Color
This is an addition to my original review. I have read a lot of comments stating the "rainbow" or "cat eye" effect doesn't work and this is false advertising. It absolutely does work. You have to use a dark base color such as black or a dark pink. This is recommended in the instructions. Cure the dark base color then apply a layer of the holographic polish on top. Take the little magnet and hold one of the ends close to the nail and move it slowly. Remember, magnets have a positive and a negative end. If you use the negative end it will push the little metal flakes away from it. The positive end will attract the metal flakes. If you don't like the pattern you end up with, just wait less than a minute and the flakes will go back to their original position. Try the magnet again. One you achieve the look you want, immediately apply the top coat the cure!! This can be worn as a normal polish too without the fancy magnetic stuff. If you're still not sure, there are YouTube videos which show how these types of polishes work.Original review: The polish is a little on the thick side so it helps to make sure its warm. The small magnet works well to move the "glitter" around. Very happy with purchase.

LOVE!
I bought this for my favorite nail tech. I had been through all the magnetic polishes that he had and was looking for something different. He used a black base coast and painted this over. He played with a couple of different magnets. The photo doesn’t even come close to doing this polish justice. In person they look amazing and my customers at work keep asking me for a link to this polish. I’ll definitely try this again possibly using different colors as the base. I’ve read in other reviews that you don’t want use pastel colors, and I can see why. Use a darker color.

LOVE
This cat eye is gorgeous! I love it! I don't use the magnet that it came with as it is much too weak, however with a better, stronger magnet you can get some gorgeous nails with this. They give almost a galaxy look to them. I usually apply it with black base coat and then when applying the cateye polish instead of pushing down I kind of float the polish down the nail, hold the magnet on the right side for 6 seconds, then move to the left side for 6 seconds, cure and then do a second coat. The second coat is probably not necessary but it takes the cat eye up a couple notches in my opinion when you second coat it. I will definitely be purchasing different color options of this cat eye! I recommend this to anyone looking for a gorgeous cat eye option, just make sure you purchase another magnet that is super strong!

Thin coats
The media could not be loaded. I did my regular gel nail routine using my base coat, then curing, then one coat of color, curing, another coat of color, curing, and then I applied this specific polish. I did a thin coat on each finger, used the magnet in the areas I wanted, and then cured for 30-40 seconds. It was still tacky, when you use the magnet it does remove some shine, I then went in with a thin second coat and placed the magnet in the same spots. I cured for 60 seconds and then did a very thin layer of clear top coat because the polish is still tacky. I recommend using thin layers, curing in between. As well as using a clear top coat. The glitter looks different in different lighting, but hey that’s color theory for ya. I would recommend a stronger magnet as well.
