Excellent for tile grout corners
Our 30 yr old bathroom tile are soft ceramic tile that an oscillating tool chips very badly even when oscillating tool is operated at slow speed--especially bad chipping on end of grout line where it intersects a tile corner or another tile. This hand tool was VERY effective at de-grouting at tile corners & junctions--especially if I spray-wet the grout ahead of time with water. This hand tool did very little tile chipping compared to an oscillating tool. I used this hand tool first on all the tile corners/intersections & then did all remaining straight grout lines with oscillating tool. This hand tool worked great on 1/16-1/8" wide grout lines. But where do I get replacement blades? It took the entire blade set to do the grout in 25 sq ft of 4x4 tile.

Works well, but probably not the only tool you'll need if you're working in an old bathroom
Did a good job in some places, had to use multiple tools and improvised tools to rehab the tiles as there were three kinds of calking, two kinds of mortar and epoxy (bathtub) paint to contend with. Tool stayed sharp and did not break, very handy and inexpensive, well worth the price.

Great for Cleaning Grout Lines
Great for Cleaning Grout Lines. We used this prior to grouting our tile that we had laid. Blades lasted longer than i expected. I would highly recommend for pre-grout cleaning.

Very sharp
The claw is very sharp but my grout was too hard and would barely scratch. You can easily break a tile off with this tool as the hook acts like a pry bar. I had to use an oscillating tool with diamond blade to remove the grout.

Very useful. Good for Silicone Removal.
I am very satisfied with this product. I have used it to remove the silicone between the tiled back wall of a shower and the glass sidewalls.This tool is easy to assemble. It functions well.The shower that I renovated was tiled with marble tiles, and I was very concerned that they would be scratched. At the same time, the existing silicone clearly had to be exchanged. I first tried using a utility knife, but it could not apply it with the necessary force without scratching the tiles. I then tried this little tool and was very pleasantly surprised how effective it was.I would definitely purchase it again!
