Mouse Bucket Trap Lid
This works well. The assembly was challenging as the triangle plastic cheese on top does not stay together or snap in place. One has to tap with a hammer or glue together. Place peanut butter on the triangle tip as well as some under the lid. Fill 4" of water with antifreeze in the bucket for an unheated garage in Minnesota winter. Mice climbed up the ramp to get to the peanut butter and had a quick drowning. The downside is having to scoop out and dispose of the mice. Since they carry disease and multiply quickly once inside, a homeowner has no choice. Highly effective and definitely recommend.

Cheap and not working
It is cheaply made. We have set it up to catch mice, so far even though the mice are plentiful, it hasn't caught any.

Perfect with slight modification
We had a minor mouse problem in our garage, and me being the softie I am wouldn’t let my dad put out poison or snap traps. (NEVER use poison, it kills wildlife) I got this on overnight shipping and it fit perfectly on a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket. Set it up overnight and caught one mouse. We knew there were more so I double checked and noticed that the trapdoor got stuck just enough that smaller mice could steal the bait but not trip it.Modification: I placed a clothespin on the “trapdoor” end next to the peanut butter. This both added weight and kept it from sticking. I caught three mice in four hours.Note: if you use live traps, be sure to check them twice a day so the rodents don’t die of dehydration. All mice have now been released by a creek far from any houses.

Best damn mouse trap I ever bought
This is a mouse killer. I had a severe mouse problem. I put this in my dining room and in 4 days caught 22 mice. I reset it and moved it to the kitchen and caught 15 more in 2 days. I put the second one in the living room and caught 7 more. Rebaited both and no mice in 5 days. I think my mouse problem in no more. I will leave them up to see if I get more. It was easy to assemble and setup I would highly recommend this item.
