The media could not be loaded. Stopped working after the third time on. Hooked up the original radio worked fine, re-hooked up “this” radio and nothing!?!-/-/-/-/-/**update**I was able to contact the seller. After troubleshooting with their team, we had determined the radio was faulty.-New radio on the way!!!-was 3 stars now 5-excellent service They replaced the faulty one-installation very user friendly (plug and play)-Would recommend

Can connect to Bluetooth, shows my music on the screen but won’t play sound at all. The radio works fine but Bluetooth has no audio! Swapped replacement screen in and same issues. Sound when it’s on radio but no sound on Bluetooth.

I was amazed at how plug in play it was, take your top screen and radio and buttons out plug in the new harness canbus and speaker harness and it works, no need to play with fitment, downside my mounting tab came cracked and for some reason if you’re too hard on your volume it goes up or down all the way by it’s self

so i was giving it time before i wrote a full review. the install went great and wasn’t hard at all. i have a 11’ chevy cruze and no mechanical experience AT ALL. i went and bought a $4 socket set at walmart and was able to disassemble/reassemble everything with the help of a youtube tutorial.after installing i noticed every time i turned my car off/on the screen would be black and i would have to factory reset it with a small pin to turn the screen on. i contacted the seller and they let me know it was just a program error and provided with the files to update the system right away. this was a little inconvenient as i had to find a usb flash drive to upload the file on but they offered to reimburse me for my flash drive expense which was really nice of them.the download of the file onto my phone took about 30 mins then from there it was easy to get onto the flash drive and plugged into the car. once the file was updated on the car everything now works great. it’s been about 2 weeks with no problems and everything’s running seamlessly. i would recommend buying. it’s a hell of a lot cheaper than spending $500-$700 on a new head unit at a local car audio shop. and it changed the whole vibe of my car! i love it so much. The best thing I can say was the install was easy. If your stock unit still works just keep it. I will likely be reinstalling my factory unit back in. The touch screen is painfully slow, expect it to take 5 minutes just to put a route on google maps. The microphone doesn't work at all. I tried installing a separate microphone for hands free calling and it didn't help at all. No one can hear me. I also tried to increase the gain on the microphone input still no improvement in call quality. Bluetooth audio quality is much worse then the factory unit. In my opinion save your money keep the factory unit.

Happy with the product. Seller has been easy to work with and have answered every question to correct all issues. Easy to install and the sound is great. Looks great and camera picture is very clear.
