well made and easy to install
item is well made. I live in an apt w/ a very short showerhead. After decing to order a new head, amazon suggested this extender that could raise the height of the head. I'm 6'1" and now have plenty of headroom thanks to this easy to install item. It's actually made of metal and takes 5 min to install and adjust.

Works perfectly
We added a bathroom with a shower, and the shower head was installed too high. We got this 5 inch extension arm so that we could remove the shower wand more easily. Now it works perfectly, and we both are happy with it. Easy to install, no leaks. Seems to be very well built.

Does exactly what it's intended to do at a reasonable price and good quality.
Simply said it does what it's intended to do. Appears to be quiet at a reasonable price. Instillation is pretty straightforward nothing complicated about it. They providedTeflon tape and the Allen wrench for the set screw that stops it from rotating where it fastens to the existing shower arm coming out of the shower wall.

Great for our needs.
Works as described and expected. The finish matches the rest of our shower hardware, which was a must. We paired this with a shower head from the same brand. The quality seems great, and installation was easy. We’ve been using it for months now, and have had no leakage or other issues. Very pleased.

Looks good on the outside
Out of the box it feels pretty substantial. It is a little klunky on the angle adjustments. The upper connection fitting was machined with more thread play than expected. Don't overtighten it or the washer gets chewed up and leaks. Used two or three times the turns of Teflon tape than usual to stop leaking at the connection to the pipe instead. Not a bad temporary piece. May last a couple years for me. Installation was easy and cost was low for a DIY job. Satisfied for now.
