So, I like to craft and most of what I do is up close small work, like crocheting with thread instead of yarn. I wear glasses anyway but they just weren’t giving me a really clear view and finding bright enough lighting in the house in the evening to crochet by was a problem. I like that these have the led lights and I was skeptical about it giving enough light. I was pleasantly surprised. The table lamp and these glasses provide plenty of light. I wish they were just a little wider though. I can wear them over my glasses and it is comfortable enough for several hours of working but I think it would be more comfortable if I could slide these right up in front of my glasses. But that is not a deal breaker. I have tried several of these magnifying glasses, the head band ones gave me a headache and would slip down when my forehead would start to sweat. The other pair were glasses and might have worked if the part that sat on your nose didn’t dig into my flesh, just a couple minutes in those and I had to take them off. These glasses work and feel the best so far.What you will need, a very tiny Philips head screw driver to open the compartment that houses the batteries. And buy batteries from amazon I checked the store and just one of these batteries cost 6.00 and the glasses use four. I got a pack of ten for a little over 6.00 on amazon. You will need lithium cell cr927 3v batteries.

Received 2 pairs, 1 with lights which is better and fits well over my reading glass. The other without lights does not sit properly over my reading glass. Expected the glasses to magnify small words to larger like a magnifying glass but it only magnifies slightly. Comes with a free gift of pair of sunglasses

These are wonderful. My daughter gave me a diamond art kit over a year ago and I have been putting off doing it because I have trouble seeing small objects. This was a life changer for me. I can wear them over my glasses and see the tiny writing. I have stopped doing puzzles for the same reason - not being able to see them good. I can't wait to try them out on that. So much better than reading glasses because you can even see things in a distance with them.
