I will not buy again. It was my fault that I did not read the directions it should be more transparent. 8 pills a day is to much 2 per meal and 2 a bedtime.

It worked really well for me. It helped me a lot digest foods like meat and some fruits that cause bloating, like mangoes and prunes, as well as dairy products.
