Excellent condition and 5 stars for customer service!
Well first I should say I bought two at once so I could attach two areas together so I got the 4x2x3 and the 3x3x4 cages. And when I took them out I counted them all together and according to the instruction manual I was actual missing about ten cage squares and a few other pieces. I wasn’t sure which one since I took them all out at once. I told them how many I was missing and the extra pieces I received just to let them know that someone’s counting wrong or packaging it wrong and they shipped the rest to me that same day I said something!!!So definitely 5 stars on costumer service. The quality is so much better than I expected if you hammer each thingy majigger onto the cages they will stay NO MATTER WHAT!! Lol like taking them off and putting them somewhere else takes a little muscle.. but I appreciate it being that hard because I know if my dogs run into it or something then I don’t have to worry about fixing it again at all. I LOVE that it’s customizable because my window height needed five squares.. but I don’t recommend doing anymore than four because getting the top middle ones on was a lot of work and neck breaking..because I’m only 5 foot but it does still work great with five and I love it and more importantly my cat loves it and it took a few weeks but she officially lays on the step thingies without me guiding her to them. When I want to add more I’ll definitely be getting them from here! :)

Good quality for the price
The catio is of good quality for the price. Know though, since you are getting a bargain it's not going to be the best piece of equipment for your cats that exists in the world. With that being said, it is sturdy and will withstand the jumping and moving around of cats.Do make sure to follow the directions though. They provide a lot of zip ties. I highly recommend using as many as you can. I used one around every piece that connected to another piece. It was a bit time consuming but not too bad. Overall, my wife and I were able to assemble it in under 90 minutes. The directions are a little screwy to follow but there is a link to a video that is easier to follow. The link doesn't take you directly to the product you purchased though. It takes you to the page of all their Catios and you have to scroll through to find yours. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. There are 4 adjustable doors that you can place within the catio to fit your needs. We positioned one of the doors of the catio to open at window height over our deck.We have 3 cats and all 3 positively adore this access to the outside. We feel completely secure leaving the window open so they can use it at their pleasure. We do not leave it open overnight however as we are not comfortable doing that.

Surprisingly Sturdy!
My cat kept falling through the various levels (he's 20+pounds), so I made two separate shorter cages. He loves them!Note: without the zip ties, it will fall apart in heavy wind. I had both cages next to eachother when a storm came. Only one was finished being zip-tyed. After the rain, it was still together and sturdy. The other one was in several pieces! I can't get over these zip ties. 🤣

Great product for the price
My cats and I love this catio. There was no missing pieces as some of the reviews stated and it took me about an hour to put this together on my own. Came with all necessary tools and I had more than enough zip ties to cover the whole thing. I can see how some would say it’s flimsy but once all the connectors are zip tied it stays in place. Be sure to zip tie the roof as well. It’s a little heavy once put together about 35-40 pounds and awkward to move around but it’s a great space and much bigger in person than in pictures. Easy to assemble, the instructions are minimal but there’s a video from the QR code you can watch to help you get started. The plastic platforms hold both my 11 lb cats with no problem. If you don’t care about looks buy this instead of the nicer more expensive catios.

Don't do it!
I purchased this thinking the situation could be easily rectified with the rusting issue by spraying the pieces. All well and good, but it takes a long time AND if you don't have it scored correctly it will chip off anyway. Plus the clips DO NOT like the added paint.I purchased 3 to make the size we wanted but I am returning 2. The only reason I am keeping the one is that when we first sprayed we decided to be creative and did some other colors so it is not what the original looked like. My loss but we will repurpose for something.IF you decide to try this anyway, I will say having the additional hammer and zip ties was very helpful. However, this is not easy to get together. Someone with dexterity issues or not enough strength will need assistance beyond the hammer. Also be prepared with the clips. While this set up does allow for a variety of designs, not all designs will work with the provided clips. This was a waste of time and energy.

Decent catio
The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty decent diy catio. I kinda made up my own structure to fit the space I had. I have a shoe organizer that uses the same parts so I have a bit of experience with building this already. It’s not hard but it’s not necessarily easy either. Takes a toll on the palms of your hands. I would suggest a rubber mallet or small rubber weight instead of the dinky plastic hammer they provide. Make sure the panels are all the way in the connectors and frequently recheck your connections as you go. If your going to build your own structure like I did then take the time to plan out your design because you’ll have to take the thing apart if you mess up in the beginning. I put the shelves in last just fine but imagine it would have been easier if I built them as I went. My cat is a little over 15lbs and the shelves support him fine but I will keep an eye on them as they are kinda flimsy. I used black zip ties instead of the white ones provided for a better overall look.
