The fixture overall is well made. Contrary to some reviews complaining about being cheaply made, it's strong and solid. The crystals in the shade are plastic, but the large hanging crystals are glass. They include some extra crystals in the box. My order arrived without instructions though. It took a little work and reviewing pictures of the light and I was able to install it properly. It's definitely not worth the list price though, so I would only recommend buying it if you can get some significant coupons or discounts.

1)The metal frame is welded so poorly! Literally if I dropped this on the ground there are a couple weld spots that would snap!HORRIBLE CONSTRUCTION! HORRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL!2) The crystals...LOL these crystals are NOT GLASS! They also came chipped, gouged, scratched & some had a wird brown rusty looking substance on them that I had to clean off.3)The little hangers that fasten the crystals to the frame of this fixture are 100% JUNK! I had to take EVERY crystal off & reshape every little bracket (some even snapped in half) AGAIN, HORRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL! WHOEVER WAS IN CHARGE OF THIS WAS DRUNK!4) One of the light sockets was BENT!5)TO attache or shorten the chain you must pry the chain open which is extremely difficult!6)The matte black finish came extremely CHIPPED, I had to go over so many spots with a black sharpie marker & bland them!For $60 which was a sale price..I believe this chandelier is actually like $80/$90 when not on sale...NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! if I hadn't been using this in a rental & instead in a home I owned...I would have returned it. From a distance it's pretty but I have a floor lamp that is identical without the larger dangly crystals that is BEAUTIFUL! Which has REAL GLASS CRYSTALS & IS BEAUTIFUL CRAFTED that I paid $100 for! When the light hits the floor lamp...oh my! GORGEOUS! but this chandelier not so much! Buy at your own risk...but if your picky like me, DO NOT BUY, YOU'LL BE PISSED!

As others have mentioned, the wire colors are a bit different and the instructions do not tell you what color is live, etc. So, once I got past the stress of potential electrocution or burning the house down - it was ok. The light is very pretty. I assembled it very different than it called for. Again, instructions aren't clear. However, I like the finished look. I elected not to use a few parts and not to give it quite so much "flash" with adding bunches of hanging crystals at the bottom. You do you boo.... :)

I'm in love with this light. It's beautiful on it's own, but made even more brilliant when the sun catches those crystal pieces and splash a rainbow of color across the walls, counters, etc. Stunning!It was a little overwhelming to see so many of the "dangly" pieces not already pre-assembled on this fixture, but with some help we worked through it. This took an extraordinary amount of patience because there were NO DIRECTIONS on how to assemble it. There were several lose "crystals" and a gaggle of connecting "rods", both of which had varying sizes to them so I'm thankful that my helper had the attention to detail and tenacity to muddle through sorting it all in advance before we tried to match the picture with what was in the box. An inconvenience that could have easily been avoided had there been some kind of instructions to begin with. However, even with this noted inconvenience in assembly, I still love the light and would recommend it!

The only thing I have to say is I wish it was bigger. But over all I love it.

I really love my lights. They were easy to install and they are beautiful. Great customer service and a great product. I would purchase again!!

we put led bulbs in this and it lights up the whole hallway and most of the stairwell too. At certain points of the day when the sun hits it rainbow light is thrown all over and its beautiful. Its weighty and has chain to adjust height. It was pretty easy to assemble which was good because the instructions were lacking. That's the only problem I had, I basically had to figure it out on my own.
