'Feather weight' kit and instructions are not the easiest to fathom - you need to ensure the batteries are fully charged before embarking on setting the unit(s) up - but it soon becomes intuitive and pretty much 'plug & play'.

Difficult to set up, volume quite low, look ok but would not recommend because it is not easy to set up, once set, it’s ok.

I am very pleased with my purchase , the phone is smart in appreance , excellent quality , as an answer machine . perfect . Service and delivery was excellent .

I used to have a truecall blocking phone which went faulty. Haven’t had nuisance calls in literally years and I work at home so this is important. Plugged this in and I’m getting nuisance calls two/three times a day now. This only allows you to block a number, not screen it in the first place. Blocking a number is a proper rigmarole too. A total waste of time. The display is always on and very basic. Also the ringtones are totally from the 1990’s.Can’t even be bothered to send it back as I don’t have the box anymore. Save your money and buy something better, or spend your time answering crappy calls.

Works, charges good, I use if for emergencies incase mobile is on silent for family/friends,

I bought this as a replacement for my previous Gigaset system which would no longer charge, and have been very disappointed with the sound quality and the features. My voice sounds muffled, the phone often does not respond to button presses or it suddenly cuts off the call. Would definitely NOT buy again!

This phone isn't as easy as most phones that I have had before.
